Look around as you go through your day. Pay attention to the nature that surrounds you, to the people, to the experience in the moment.

Life has lessons. Accept them with open arms, no matter how challenging they may seem. The greater the challenge, the deeper the lesson.

Appreciate those around you. Thank them in your own way for being in your life, even the ones that create lessons.

Know that you are loved. Remember to show yourself love.
