As we know, life takes us to where we need to go, no matter how that might look at the time. We are where we are to learn the lessons we need to learn for this moment. Once learned, we move on. Change is guaranteed.

Life is the teacher, and the lessons are revealed in perfect timing.

We will experience times of challenge, times of elation, and times of rest.  Lessons are often best learned during the challenging phases, because we are focused and must concentration on problem solving whether that is adapting or stimulating. 

When life moves along nicely, we often pay little attention, but we do appreciate these moments.

As we have mentioned throughout many of our articles, focus is key.  Our focus brings us to places we might not want to be, but it also can take us to places where we want to live forever.  Focus magnified whatever we are concentrating on.  The more we focus, the more of the same we see!  Just more of the same…. 

When we are fixated, it is not easy to change our perception, after all we might have been in that particular mindset for a very long time.  There is hope, however. It will take work, but we can unwind and let lose the focus of our thoughts that prove to be anything but fruitful.

Don’t try to ignore something.  That only brings more focus to what you are trying to ignore.  Instead, change your focus.  Make a concentrated effort to see something positive in whatever situation you are in.  Practice appreciation of whatever is good in life.  If you feel something is missing in your life, think of what you have.  If one aspect of your health is poor, focus on the positive aspects of your health and if the poor aspect can be changed, make the needed changes.

A positive attitude is essential with any acute or chronic conditions.  Some illnesses can make us realize that our life is worth fighting for. 

Take nothing for granted and bask in the joy of living. Live in the moment and unwind the coil of worry. It adds nothing to the quality of your life. Appreciation adds value.

On Monday, November 9, 2026, we will experience a New Moon in the sign of Scorpio at 16° 52’. 

A New Moon signals a new beginning phase. Focus on the energies of Scorpio for this new Moon.  The work you put into this project will come to fruition when the Scorpio Full Moon is experienced in some six months from now.  As a side note, we will experience a rare TWO Scorpio full Moons in 2027.  One on April 20 at 0° and one on May 20 at 29°.

For this New Moon cycle to have an influence in your personal Natal chart, you will need planets or angles connected to its Scorpio placement.  When we say connected, we are referring to aspects particularly the Conjunction and the Opposition.  This New Moon is at almost 17° so you must have planets within an active orb of no more than 3° of this placement (14° to 20°), either applying or separating.

With the New Moon being in the sign of Scorpio and Scorpio being ruled by Pluto, you can expect transformational energies.  This may be the time when we need to go beneath the surface and uncover anything that needs surfacing.  Is there something buried deep within that you need to deal with? 

Does something need to come to an end for a new beginning to take place? 

What changes are required at this time and how might you go about making them happen?

Scorpio is about investigative work, finding the truth if there is something that has been neglected or something that might feel too taboo to face.  You will need to dig deep to uncover anything that needs your attention, particularly if this buried issue can begin to fester and create more issues if not resolved.

This may be sexually oriented or carry with it issues that are joint and involve others, perhaps the family or your spouse.  It may involve inheritance or legacies and perhaps in some cases business.  Much will depend on the houses involved in your astrology chart as well as the planetary energies associated with this placement. 

Do not take this time for granted. Often this Scorpio New Moon speaks of resolving issues and moving in a new direction based on actions that begin at this point.  The outcome will largely depend on the effort made and the planning put in place by you. 

In some cases, if we are not paying attention and resist this need for resolution then life takes a leading role and much of what happens may be out of our hands because we did not act when we had the opportunity.  It is best to keep control and intentionally move ahead dealing with any matters that might be present after going deep. 

The Conjunction and Opposition can be considered the more challenging energies depending on the planets involved as would be the Square.  The Trine and Sextile offer opportunities for healing or things working in a more favorable manner as you move forward.  Opposition aspects often involve others.

The Scorpio New Moon 2026 can bring a deep dive to look inward, emotional regeneration, and change.

INTUITIVE UNDERSTANDING

There is a part of you that instinctively just knows.  Even though it is a “knowing” the ego and the logical mind can create questions. 

Intuition can create a breakthrough beyond logic. It is an understanding without preconceived notions.  There is a part of you that can answer most any question, sometimes the answer comes from imagination, sometimes from logic and other times from “other” sources.

You can rely on intuitive as long as the imagination is held at bay.  Intuitive instinct can be a warning or it can be a message that we need to listen to. 

We still have the ability to heed or discard.  There are nearly always choices. I say “nearly” because sometimes things happen so swiftly that we don’t have time to make decisions and we just follow the intuition.

There is always someone (for the lack of a better word) there to help guide you along life’s path, especially when challenges are at hand.  They can be relied on, and the information we receive from them is always for your own good.  The message can come in different modes. These modes can be advice given, for example, by a close personal friend who has always been there when you needed them, or it can come from an advisor or a person in a position of authority, but what we are talking about stems from outside the usual sources.  The sources we speak of are our guides, our higher self, and those that have already crossed over (those whom are generally not seen with our physical eyes).

It has been said that guides are there whenever we need them.  As you grow and mature, our guides may change as our needs do so that they are more suited for that specific stage of development.

Reach out and someone will be there. Rely on your intuitive understanding. Never give up. The answer is available. You’ve got this!
