We all, at times, worry and suffer from anxiety. Some worry about past actions, some potential for the future and some with what is right in front of them.   We can become engulfed in other people’s issues as well, for people close to us and for people we have never met.   If we think about it logically, worry solves nothing.  It actually steals the moment.  We cannot live in the moment if our mind is elsewhere. We are missing what is happening now as we are not living in the moment.   Taking it a step further, worry and anxiety can produce illnesses, physically and mentally. Appreciate what is in front of you and build on that.  Work towards on ways to begin the journey of healing and to foster potential in life.    Focus amplifies and creates regardless of what it is we are focusing on, enjoyment, challenges, success, fear etc.    Bad things do happen to good people.  They are hard lessons that help us grow.  They are not personal even though they feel that way. We do not have to take up residence in these experiences.  Learn and move on.   If we focus on a tough situation, we seemingly see more in life that is difficult and this builds up in our minds and in our immediate world. We build on that perception unaware of what we are amplifying.   With practice, we can control our less-than-ideal focus. Release Fear and Hold Fast and Strong Hold fast and strong applies to many of life’s important ventures and turning points.  Much will depend on the current situation and the environment within which this can all takes place.    All important decisions are based on your intensions, and these decisions can affect your life from this day forward.   Relationships can be a perfect example. There may be various reasons for a relationship to be in question.  On the positive side, is a marriage proposal a potential? This can change your life in many ways, some for the better, some quite reasonable and some may be concerning.   On the other hand, your relationship may not be working, which also can be for many reasons.  Is the relationship worth the work to repair it? If the pros outweigh the cons, then start doing the work.  What might be the first step in this repair journey?   In all situations and scenarios, it is important to reconsider what it is that may unfold as you make plan and make these important decisions. We cannot cover every scenario that may present itself, but we must decide based on the information we have at hand.  All decisions can be life-changing.    Release fear as it can freeze you into inactivity. We posted a short article on Sun in Aries on March 18: https://www.holmastrology.com/post/sun-in-aries-2026   Today, we will look at some of the aspects that will be affecting our Arian readers in 2026. Aspects to Sun in Aries 2026 Transiting Saturn and Neptune have been in close proximity to one another for some time now.  They begin to separate into April, although still tight when the Sun moves into Aries, separated only by 3° degrees.  Towards the end of July, transiting Saturn, then at 14° into Aries, begins its retrograde cycle.  It goes from 14° back to 7° finally going into direct motion in December, 2026.    Transiting Neptune will also go into its retrograde cycle beginning early July moving from 4° Aries down to 1° Aries and then moving back into its direct cycle very close to when Saturn moves into its direct motion at the end of the year.  Saturn and Neptune are in Conjunction once again but out by 6° which is far less powerful.  Energies merge but not with the intensity they were previously when the aspect was within 3°.   Those with their Sun within range of these degrees in the sign of Aries will be affected by the Conjunction of their Sun to Saturn and to Neptune at different periods throughout 2026 and well into 2027, with Neptune staying in Aries for about 14 years.   If your Sun is well aspected in the Natal chart, then both energies will assist in your ventures forward over this timeframe.  Of course, the degree of your Sun will have to be within range of these transiting planets.    Those with Aries Sun in early degrees should also be pleased to find that Uranus and Pluto will also both be making Sextiles to this position of the Sun, so a potentially positive time can be expected.   The Sun Conjunct Saturn offers stability with reaching your goals and life objectives but not without some work.  It will not come easily but stable potential is certainly there.  This can work on an inner level as well.  You may find that you are reviewing yourself from a deeper understanding, especially when Neptune and Saturn are in conjunction with one another.    If you are looking for recognition with business enterprises, Saturn can help you with this.  Your superiors may realize that you have been working hard towards goals and making progress. They may also realize that your accomplishments were not easily obtainable.  Potential promotions are in place, but other indicators in the chart would have to agree. This will be quite likely if there are other indicators especially with the MC. Remember an ongoing consistent effort is required. It's Spring On March 20, 2026, at 10:46 a.m. EDT, we will experience the Spring vernal equinox (Ostara). The Spring equinox is when the Sun is exactly above the Equator and day and night are equal lengths--the balance of light and dark. Spring brings with it the promise of a fresh start and renewal. Our world and our lives begin to shed their wintery blanket and light shines forth. Eventually, sprouts will begin to push their way through the soil, trees will bud, the grass will green, snowflakes transform to raindrops and there is the promise of flowers, colour, new life, etc.  Even without the telltale signs of nature, we know in our heart renewal is coming. Beyond these internal feeling, in a more intangible way, we see the change in the shadows, we feel it in the air, we hear it in nature and smell it in the wind, if we take the time to focus on these things. Along with this new life springing forth in nature, there is the ability to have fresh starts in our own lives. Follow the example of nature. This is a time of renewed vigor, an awakening if you will. This can draw us nearer to the promise of warmth and sunshine in our hearts and souls, not just in nature. We can mirror and utilize the energy brought on through the change of the season to stimulate and push us in our pursuits, new or old. A new beginning is at hand with the promise of personal growth depending on the seeds we now sow. Sun in Aries 2026 On March 20, 2026, the Sun moves into the sign of Aries, which is a cardinal, fire sign.    We are leaving the Sun sign of Pisces, the energy of which is to try to maintain a gentle, passive approach to life, by giving, serving and removing themselves from anything in life that could be termed aggressive.    Now entering this new sun sign, Aries is a much more formidable sign, linked to courage, stamina, aggressive personal pursuits and a fiery temperament.    This is not to say that all Ariens carry these traits as the rest of the chart must be studied to get a full picture of any individual. Create Peace We ask ourselves, “Can waging war deter aggression?”   If we look back in history, often aggression worsens conditions in many ways.    What is the physical, emotional, mental and material cost of war for both sides?   Without concentrating on these losses already mentioned, generational grudges, hatred and further violence are usually the aftermath of war.    Attacks on foreign soil and retaliation will increase, and if finance is high on your radar, worldwide trade and commerce will suffer.   All possibilities must be weighed out and in some cases no matter what we do to create peace, peace seems to evade us.    We all have our limits, and we all must make choices.    No one can truly speak personally for you.   Let’s all strive for personal peace.  Let’s work to create peace in each of our relationships. Transiting Jupiter Conjunct Natal Saturn Jupiter and Saturn represent completely different energies.    Jupiter has to do with optimism, general good fortune, luck, expansion and growth.  In many cases Jupiter brings good fortune without much dedicated work.   Saturn, on the other hand, has to do with conservatism, restraints, structure and limitations and suggests hard work with a disciplined effort.  Saturn can bring on worry and anxiety due to its energies.    When you mix the two energies together (Conjunctions merge energies), there is quite the push and pull when it comes to moving forward.  Optimism and pessimism join forces. So where do we begin?    How do we align with our needs and dreams?    Any dream or goal starts with planning but the most important thing to do is taking that first step.   Why not start now?   As a matter of fact, the longer we hold off, the greater the likelihood of our mind getting in the way and we talk ourselves out of moving forward. The mind tends to interfere with plans. Some call this egoic interference.   Where do you begin?   We begin with the planning and define what we are hoping to achieve.  Be specific! Do not overwhelm yourself with large ideas.  Build from the ground up.  Start small and have no expectations, positive or negative because “the universe” knows what it is that you need.   What is your focus….love, peace, comfort?   If you wish is money, is it really money you want.  Might you want comfort, security, freedom, happiness?   The ways our hopes and wishes manifest are endless but have no judgement on whether or not this is right for you. Know that what you wish to manifest in your life will help along the way and open doors in the future.   As mentioned, the mind will attempt to interfere with these objectives.  There may be thoughts that suggest failure on some level, or that you don’t deserve this outcome. Transiting Jupiter Conjunct Natal Jupiter This Transit of Jupiter takes place once every twelve years.  This is when it returns to its original natal position and expands on the energies of the other Natal planets that are making aspects to its natal position.  Much will depend on how natal Jupiter is aspected and its natal potential.   It is a consensus that during transiting Jupiter conjunct natal Jupiter it will be an enlightening time in most people’s lives.    Jupiter expands what it touches, brings with it opportunities, easy flow especially where natal aspects are in easy flow (Trines and Sextiles) to its position.  What it will bring under most conditions is an opportunity to blend the energy together creating growth and expansion to what is taking hold in your life.  This is particularly true with those individuals around the age of 60, as these people are subjected to the energies of their second Saturn return.   In some cases, individuals prefer to travel, often long distant travel under this conjunction depending on the age of the recipient and the financial situation.  Good luck may enter the picture and although they may not have thought that this would be a good time in their lives, it just might work out that way.   You may seek out expansive projects or enjoy the wide-open spaces and generally feel fortunate about your life’s conditions even if prior to this time things may not have been optimistic.  Your perspective might change, and you may look at life from a different vantage point.  Life’s philosophy is subject to change and in some cases religious doctrines come into play.  Spirituality is also a possibility, and an awakening of some sort is quite possible especially if Uranus, Pluto or Neptune are involved in the equation.    In some cases, you just feel at ease, and you decide to do very little with the energies available under this aspect, even if you think that you should use these energies to your benefit.  This, of course, is in the hands of each individual.  It is suggested, however, that you push ahead while the getting is good and the energies are available.  Good luck is a byproduct and easy flow and golden opportunities, in some cases, await those that press forward.  Don’t overdo it and expect the unexpected, however.    Again, the general theme of the Natal Chart plays a significant role in this twelve-year cycle of the Jupiter return, as does the house position of Natal Jupiter.  The house position and natal applications will define how these energies might present themselves as well as the areas of life that it may take place.   Transiting Jupiter conjunct Natal Jupiter is an enlightening period.
