WHAT IS PERFECTION?

Perfection is in the mind of the beholder. Just as we can see perfection, we can also find flaws in life. Why then would we not give up on our relentlessly focus on flaws?

Have you done your best, or is there something more you can add to whatever it is you are trying to accomplish? If your focus still feels incomplete, then there might be more steps to take.

If you have done all that you can and there is nothing more possible to do to make something better perhaps you are not being realistic. Perhaps perfection in this case cannot be obtained. Sometimes you have to release what you hope is possible so that you can enjoy what actually is possible.

Perfection is a state of mind, and in some cases when we can release our expectations, we find contentment where previously there was none. Your obligation to yourself is to always do your best regardless of outcome.

Many of us are very hard on ourselves and we can make life much easier if we can avoid being overly judgemental particularly with ourselves and our achievements.

In many cases in life, perfection just cannot be found. You can be content with your accomplishments and recognize the beauty in everything, flawed or not.

There is no such thing as failure, only lessons. If we have to let go and allow, there is a lesson to be learned in that. No matter how things appear, they are truly perfect for the moment. If they were not, they would not be.
