NEPTUNE IN ARIES Since Transiting Neptune moves through a sign of the Zodiac in approximately 14 years, it is this astrologer’s opinion that it carries forward with it the energies of the previous sign that it just transited through, an orb of influence, if you wish, from the past sign.
