What is the first thing you wake up thinking about after a life-changing day?

How will you move forward?

There are far too many life-changing possibilities so we are not being specific here but, in every case, there is one common requirement, we must face things head on. Do not try to ignore what takes place.

We must move forward without much hesitation as the longer we wait to accept the facts, the harder it likely will be.

Believe in yourself. Know that this too will pass, and that you are stronger than you thought. You are stronger than you think even on the morning after. Hear that the little voice inside that provides comfort and support, not the one that brings worry and anxiety. — The Morning After

Facing things head-on can be challenging but it is what must be done. These events are not punishments; they are life lessons. Most of us will agree that the most tumultuous situations bring forth the greatest lessons, but that can be hard to acknowledge when the emotions are still raw. It takes time to find solutions, to recover and to understand the lesson.

Remember, you will overcome even if life is significantly different after the fact. Believe that you can and will. Without that commitment, it can become very difficult to keep moving forward. Our belief structure controls our experiences in life regardless of life’s circumstances.

Believe in yourself. Know that this too will pass, and that you are stronger than you thought. You are stronger than you think even on the morning after. Hear that little voice inside that provides comfort and support, not the one that brings worry and anxiety.

Have patience; some things take time. The answer is available, and it will come when you are ready.

Do you seek awareness, or do you seek rejuvenation and transformation?

Are you prepared for such an adventure?

What do you need to do to get started?

Sometimes, the actual act of searching is what holds us back. Sometimes what we search for is already in place, but we are not aware of it. Profound, isn’t it! What you are reaching for is already a part of who you are, or you would not be able to understand its existence. It is not found outside of oneself; it resides inside.

Awakening has many faces and is often different from one person to the next. It is like a recognition of the ever-changing life circumstances which envelops us. We change with the tide of change but in some cases, we remain stagnant for long periods of time (or at least this is how it feels).

We are here to experience all the different facets of life through experiencing actual situations that enhance growth. In many cases, these times are not pleasant and yet parts of the journey we can consider exhilarating. We climb the mountain of life and reach our summit only to find that this is just a plateau and there is still a long way to go before reaching the top. Clouds block our vision, and we are not aware that the road continues upward.

The door is open. Be aware of the pathways that are being offered. They are yours to discover again. Life is a quest for truth and experiences. Be ready for change, especially when you least expect it. There is always a glimpse of what lies ahead. We just need to step forward.
