Transiting Uranus entered the sign of Gemini on July 7th, 2025, and due to retrograde motion, will have its final stay in Taurus from November 8th, 2025, through April 26th, 2026. The Conquest of Self Conquest or perhaps mastery might be a better definition of our focus today.   Our awakening can be a tedious process unlocking and facing hidden facets of ourselves.  Remember, however, no one is perfect!  The more we experience life, the most we can accept this.   Many of us spend too much time analyzing what is wrong with those around us and do not pay attention to what needs revamping within ourselves.   We must remain open and compassionate on how we view others.  We have not walked an inch in their shoes.    In reviewing ourselves, we will find traits that are not pleasing to us or to those around us.  Why had we not seen these traits before?   How can we be blind to parts of ourselves?   The answers to these questions are not nearly as important as the importance of recognizing our true selves and seeking solutions to tweak, if necessary, what has been revealed. Today, we are not the same person as we were yesterday. Let go of the past and embrace the now. Be kind to yourself, and forgiving for that matter.   It is irrelevant what others think of us, but self-awareness is essential.   During these evolutionary periods, it will be important not only to take heed to our realizations but to act on them. Although when Saturn makes an aspect in your Natal Chart it is usually an indicator of challenges on some level, when it makes a Trine (and especially with Jupiter) there can be opportunities for stability, structure and reliability.    Saturn Trine Natal Jupiter Although hard work is part of the equation, Jupiter tends to alleviate some of the struggles that are associated with Saturn. This can be especially true if Saturn while in transit has been making challenging aspects to other areas of your Natal chart for some time.  Jupiter can bring an end to these difficulties, especially if you have been working diligently at whatever Saturn has been calling for (as indicated in your chart). Jupiter can bring expansion, more favorable conditions and an easier flow as it receives contact from Saturn through the Trine.   There may, however, be a feeling of questioning whether or not you should be moving ahead perhaps leaving something behind which has served its purpose, but you have outgrown.    There will be a feeling of stopping and going with these energies and potential worries that things might not pan out as you want them to turn out.  You may worry about the consequence of the change that is contemplated and feel perhaps it is better to not make the change and stay the course.   Much will depend on where Natal Jupiter is situated by house position and by natal planetary alignments in your chart.    If, for example, natal Jupiter is in the fourth house in your birth chart, good luck and growth on some level is indicated within the family and the home as it is touched by other transits.  When Saturn hits this position and by Trine such as in our post example, we may decide to buy a home or rent a house for the first time. To build on this example, if transiting Saturn is in the seventh house, then a relationship of significance could be behind the push at this time.  Perhaps a new relationship is forming, and you decide to move in together or it may be an ongoing relationship which has had its difficulties is now nearing its end.   Another example, if Saturn is transiting through the second house and Natal Jupiter is still in the fourth house then there may have been financial difficulties prior to this aspect and things might be getting better or stabilizing as Saturn trines natal Jupiter. Life experiences never cease to amaze.  Our journey bends and curves, has valleys and mountains offering great insights and experiences.  The experiences can be extreme, both up and down, but always moving forward even when we do not feel we the progress. At times it feels one step forward, two steps back.    The voyage of life is our greatest teacher with guiding forces steering us as we venture forth.    We are never alone, although at times it certainly feels that way.  We are surrounded by past family elders, current family members, friends and guides assisting us.   Life can be difficult at times pushing us into lessons we rather not have to experience, and we often question why things happen to us or to seemly other helpless individuals.  It is hard to rationalize through our earthy minds.  There are many things we simply do not understand. We cannot conceive because we are humans with limited concepts.  We think in human terms and cannot see the bigger picture. This is so apparent during the difficult lessons.   No matter what, life continues, even after our passing. Energy is perpetual so in some form or another we carry on, maybe even in a more engaged manner.    All too often, some dwell on the negative experiences and forget to acknowledge and appreciate the good experiences. We posted information on the Sun in Leo on July 21.  See our post at: https://www.holmastrology.com/post/sun-in-leo-2025   Forecast for Sun in Leo, 2025 Today, we will look at some of the influences on Sun in Leo for the next year.   From late March, 2025 to late October (with a brief visit retrograded back into Pisces from October 22, 2025 to January 26, 2026), transiting Neptune will be in the sign of Aries. Neptune will make a Trine for those with their Sun sign in the early degrees of Leo.  You can give an orb of about 5° to feel the energies of this aspect in your birth chart and into your life’s experience.  The houses where the Sun and Neptune are located in your chart will play a significant role in what is unfolding over time.   For those that are connected to the spiritual realm, the influence of Neptune with your Sun can play a big part in your development over this period. Neptune moves slowly and will be in force for about 2 years creating an easier flow for those who wish to become more engaged in their spiritual journey.  Meditation and sleep/dream programming might assist greatly during this period.    Saturn will also conjunct Neptune (strong from May 2025 to early September 2025, and then again from February, 2026 to early April, 2026), adding its influence of energy by making a trine to this configuration.  Saturn provides a reality check. This is a significant New Moon coming up on July 24, 2025 because it receives several aspects from different outer planetary placements.    Leo New Moon This New Moon will be in the sign of Leo at 2°.  It receives aspects from Pluto at 2° Aquarius which is an Opposition, a Trine from Saturn and Neptune which are 1° and 2° respectively in Aries, and Uranus which is 0° in the sign of Gemini making a Sextile.    New Moon’s suggest that it is the appropriate time to begin something new, make plans and orchestrate an action plan.  When the New Moon is in Leo, these energies will relate to self-proposed goals.  This indicates moving ahead with confidence with whatever you set in place and that there will be a strong potential for success.  You may have a strong feeling that you know what is best, and you will push ahead with confidence and assert your individuality regardless of any pushback.  The press for success is strong and it stems from the heart.  What you do now will have an influence on others in a positive way.   You can be assertive with your plans although with the Opposition from Pluto there is a suggestion that this will manifest in ways that regenerate and transform conditions that others may not approve of, or that others believe should include their input.  Others may want to direct your actions in ways that suit them or offer advice that may stagnate or change the direction you have in mind.  Other options are important, but you believe you know the best way forward. The feeling of being at a standstill or even moving in reverse can be perplexing. We can get caught up in thinking we have regressed. Uranus, often known as the awakener and initiator of sudden change, points us towards an area of life (determined by house position) that needs alteration and a shift because what has been in place needs to adjust and move in a new direction.    Transiting Uranus can cause havoc and sometimes bring rather drastic changes in people’s lives.  Uranus action is to push to liberate us from anything that could be considered unnecessarily traditional or restrictive in nature.  It often brings change in unusual or unexpected ways, fostering in a much needed new direction.   Currently (July, 2025), Uranus is making its final pass in the sign of Taurus and will move into Gemini lasting approximately seven years.  Uranus is humanitarian and speaks to universal brotherhood and will ultimately assist mankind to develop, evolving to what better suits us as time goes by.  Uranus is comfortable in the sign of Gemini which offers Uranus new perspectives, insight and directions that may not otherwise be available.  There are usually two or more paths to take when we speak of Gemini although Gemini is also quite versatile and adaptable so the change and disruption that Uranus promises will have avenues of expression that suit the evolutionary path moving forward.   Jupiter, known as the greater benefic provides growth and expansion into different areas of life, also determined by house position.  Quite often the placement of Jupiter in the natal chart is an area of potential growth and often brings with it good luck depending on what other forces are at work (planetary alignments to Jupiter).  Jupiter promotes the expansion of our consciousness and teamed up with Uranus, which will be in Gemini, can open doorways to healing where necessary, provide insight into the deeper workings of humanity and provide guidance where it may be needed.   The sextile (60° aspect) is an aspect of opportunities that often provides us with easy flow, like the Trine (120° aspect) although we must apply ourselves to get things moving with the sextile.  This is often unlike the Trine as easy flow often comes to us without much persuasion.  This aspect offers the opportunity for you to harmonize the energies of both planets, creating an aim for a favorable outcome.    Uranus Sextile Natal Jupiter Uranus and Jupiter offer us a chance to make significant changes in our lives, fostering in the new. Throughout life there are crossroads, some that lead us into unknown territory.  As we venture forward, we adjust accordingly and cross our fingers that we chose the right road.   Freedom of Choice Sometimes the choice seems to be out of our hands and other times we give priority to the possible outcomes even though they are not guaranteed. When faced with these choices, it can be challenging due to the unknown.   Our road ahead can be clear and concise or rather dusty because we don’t see the future clearly. We are afraid of making mistakes. We can only base our decisions on what we have experienced in the past   It should be noted that even under the harshest conditions, on some level, these life lessons are meant to be, and learning and then moving forward based on that knowledge is important.   Freedom comes when we commit to our decisions. Our attitude towards those decisions is more important than the actual move itself.  If we spend too much time worrying about the ramifications of these decisions, we only see those things we perceive we should be worrying about, so our positive focus is imperative.   We always need to move ahead after a decision knowing that it will take us to where we are meant to go, no matter where that may be. All things are temporary but essential as these are the important lessons in life.   We have freedom of choice. We gain valuable insight & our attitude plays an important role in our journey.  Don’t become stuck in perceived possibilities. If your North Node is in Virgo, your South Node is in Pisces.  The house positions will determine what area of life is highlighted during this lifetime.    The nodes are always 180° in separation.  They are also known as the dragon’s head (North Node) and the dragon’s tail (South Node).  The North Node has energies similar to Jupiter and the South Node has energies like Saturn.  The North Node is more favorable than the South Node when contacted by transiting planets or making aspects to the natal positions.   North Node in Virgo When the North Node is in Virgo, there is a lot of processing taking place.  This is due to Mercury’s influence, the ruling planet of Virgo.  Following the direction of the energies of the North Node in Virgo, life is tied to detail, service-oriented activities and the need for perfection.  Service is a big part of what this life leans towards.  You are here to assist, and although at times this may seem tedious, you truly want to help.   You are here to learn that helping others actually helps you. You may or may not be aware that what you do in your little corner of the world has an impact on the rest of mankind.  Your thoughts, your preconceived notions, and your focus all have influences on all that surrounds you and the ripple effect reaches far beyond your immediate environment.    In many cases, what transpires due to an action, or a thought does not indicate an evolutionary change for mankind, but it does energetically touch those around you, creating a vibrational energy that expands.  Energy has no ending; it is constant!   Second Nature We shape our world by our focus as we only truly see what we focus on. Our personal energy affects those immediately around us which can then affect their thoughts and feelings (moods).   We transmit information in many ways and again, just like the waves on the ocean, they travel far beyond what we see.   To promote love, peace, freedom, compassion, etc., let’s focus on these.  It begins with each of us! We foster growth and change by concentrated energy and initiate action based on similar vibrations.  It is up to us to do our part to create the world which we wish to live in.    Do not focus on how bad you believe things are in the world around you. By focusing on that, you are actually amplifying negativity and opening yourself up to more of the same.    If you want love, focus on love not the lack thereof.  If you want peace; focus on peace not on the want for it. Appreciate what is in your life. Acknowledge all that ought to be appreciated.   We are not suggesting running from issues.  Face them head on, deal with them and then let them go.  They do not require our concentrated focus; they require an effort and a release. Then we can again appreciation the lesson and focus on your love for life. When we practice focusing on the positive that surrounds us, we may be deeply surprised at how much there is to be thankful for and how much that focus affects those around us.     You can’t simply remove what has been in place for most of your life.  But just as a muscle, you can repetitively practice building a new focus. Repetitively practice this focus and be appreciative until you make it second nature.
