The shining light that we need shines within!

Life can be a real struggle at times, and we may feel overwhelmed with the challenges that present themselves every day.  We learn what loss and hardships are about.  We challenge ourselves, however, to step up to the plate to meet these challenges.  We overcome difficulties that at one point we may have thought we could never conquer. 

We strive and push to better ourselves, to become achievers, to learn from our mistakes. We rise above these challenges and become stronger because they are present in our lives.

The shining light that we need resides within each and every one of us. We hold the answers.  We are deeper and more knowing than we comprehend. We have come equipped to overcome any of life’s challenges.

Know, however, that it is okay to reach out to others for assistance. We are never alone. Be aware of the shining light and the forces of those that stand by our side during these life lessons.

As we mature into ourselves, we grow, we learn from life and move forward.  The balance we seek is first found within and then the thoughts, focus and actions taken reverberate out in our outside world.  It always begins from within and radiates outward.

What is the reason behind this life?

Look inside to reflect. Look at what you might need to do. That necessary action might be a simple attitude change, or it may be a step in a new direction. Everything begins with you, and you are your answer. Be your own shining light!

EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED

Opportunities that you never dreamed of can present themselves. We may initially be surprised but as time passes, you realize that this was exactly what was needed. 

Expect the Unexpected

These opportunities can involve people, inner change or events. Sometimes this unexpected event fosters long awaited change.  Sometimes it moves us to places that were not available before.  The unexpected can turn keys and open doors that bring us to where we need to be.

Sometimes the change stems from within and we delve even deeper into our core to allow a new chapter in life to begin, one that could not happen without the inner change. 

Change is often a requirement of the soul.

If life has become stagnant or alterations are required, we often are pushed to make change.  Sometimes change is beyond our control, and we just have to go with the flow.  There are times when opportunity comes along and we have no idea where it might be taking us, but we somehow know in our gut we must take the chance. We might be uncertain about what lies ahead and perhaps anxious that it might not be right or that we might be making a mistake but we push through the mind’s chatter to grow.  Sometimes the unexpected just happens and we have to go for the ride and see where life is taking us.

No matter what the circumstances of the change may be, eventually we may begin to understand the reason behind what unfolded or it is possible we never will. Life is what it is, and we learn the lessons we must. We adapt along the way. 

Change is inevitable! It is part of life, a part of our growth.  Don’t fight it; welcome it! Expect the unexpected.
