PEACE AND CONTENTMENT

Most everyone wants peace in their lives and not on a temporary basis. 

Realistically, how many of us can create this peace on a full-time basis?

We may allow peace and contentment off and on in our lives, but we never have it on a constant basis because we believe peace to be something that is obtained externally.  We blame life or others for robbing us of peace.

Peace and Contentment

Peace is an inside job!

Peace is obtained through attitude.

We must find peace in knowing that life will bring lessons. Accepting these lessons and acknowledging their value will help us to allow peace.

Expecting life to run smoothly is allowing your attitude to rob you of peace.

Expecting to have control over all that happens in your life and to have control over those who live this life with you is again allowing your attitude to rob you of peace.

We are human and we will, some moments, have expectation that will create disappointment or worse. Recognize these moments for what they are. Forgive yourself, accept and choose peace.

Keep reminding yourself “Peace” is a choice!  Peace and contentment are inside jobs!

ANOTHER DAY ANOTHER DOLLAR

Another day, another dollar

Another day, another dollar, or so the saying goes!

We go to work each day to make a living. We live out our day busy working and, for some, barely making enough to pay the bills, and for others living and breathing their work which they feel defines them.

Is this life just an existence encompassing daily routines, weekly rituals and uncertain days yet to come. 

Why are we here? 

If work and money are the cornerstone of our lives, is that the “all important” of our lives? 

If work defines us for so many years, when we retire, who are we?

There must be deeper ingrained meaning to what practical life is about.  There has to be some significance behind our steady commitment to our obligations in life.  There are very valid reasons for our day-to-day routine, but some of us may not understand the reasons as we may be blinded by the routine.

We look at life from our earthly perspective and because of this, we don’t understand much of what takes place on a different level.  

Be open to your inner dialogue. Find some reason beyond your primal survival to your everyday purpose.  There are valuable lessons in life that lie just beneath the surface and as you begin to explore, you open yourself up to them and to understanding them. 

Life is a continual lesson. Even when you don’t understand, there are always a valuable lessons hidden in the events which offer opportunities to awaken from the apparent nothingness of everyday mundane life into the world of growth and expansion.

Another day another dollar but also another lesson as life is a continual lesson. Awaken from the apparent nothingness of everyday mundane life into the world of growth and expansion on a much different level.

INNER BEAUTY

Much of how we act today (and react if applicable) is reflective of our opinion of how and what has transpired in our life up to this point.  We react to life experiences and our response will enhance growth or stagnate or even deterioration.  Much depends on the resilience and attitude of each individual as they encounter life.  Some face life with resistance, some face life with observance, some face life completely open and some face life with fear.  Much depends on your upbringing, your inner personality, your attitude, your state of mind as well as the circumstances that life has provided.

Inner Beauty

Within most individuals, but not all, dwells a hidden face reflecting our inner beauty and affectionate response to others.  Some put on a tough exterior that they feel they need to protect them; some relax and show this inner face, some withdraw as they are deeply affected by what goes on around them and they take on other’s energies. 

We all need a place of solace and peace.  We all need a comfort zone. 

As we mature, some of us recognize the inner beauty that dwells within and bring it out into the open without fear of what others may think.  Some of us keep our inner beauty hidden beneath the surface for many different reasons.

Perhaps it’s time to reveal that softer, more gentle person that lies within, to reveal that inner beauty.  Perhaps we need to rise above our fears and be open to life. 

Letting go is not a weakness. It is faith in life that whatever transpired is meant to transpire as it should. It is faith in ourselves that we are who we should be.

Imagine a world where the vibration has been raised beyond fear.
