WITHOUT YOU, THE PUZZLE IS INCOMPLETE

Many of our readers have asked in many different ways how they can make things better.

Can one person make a difference?

We have talked about the ripple effect on many occasions. One small act can touch countless people.  

Currently, people are talking about the stress they are experiencing and the need for change on a deep level. We have heard that the world around us currently looks grim leaving many feeling anxiety and despair.

We can do our part to change the world for the better, even if in ways that feel minute.

Currently, we see and experience the effects of war but there is also much going on beneath the surface too.  The struggles we experience take a toll on each one of us in different ways.  Some hold on and keep everything inside, others react externally while others, through their discomfort, can, intentionally or unintentionally, cause difficulties for others.  We become enveloped in stress and anxiety by taking on the energies around us, both from people and from our judgement of their actions.

Is this a turning point or transition period globally? 

Without You, The Puzzle is Incomplete

It certainly feels like it.  We are at the precipice of change.  Transition is always painful as we make way for the change.  Those with influence should take a leading role in making life better for those around them, pressing for peace and safety. 

What can one individual do to push for peace?  I’d love to hear your suggestions.

Don’t think that you and your little piece of the puzzle won’t or cannot influence the whole.  Without you, the puzzle is incomplete. You and your contributions are needed. Will you influence peace, hunger, isolation, loneliness, ……?

SECOND NATURE

You may or may not be aware that what you do in your little corner of the world has an impact on the rest of mankind.  Your thoughts, your preconceived notions, and your focus all have influences on all that surrounds you and the ripple effect reaches far beyond your immediate environment. 

In many cases, what transpires due to an action, or a thought does not indicate an evolutionary change for mankind, but it does energetically touch those around you, creating a vibrational energy that expands.  Energy has no ending; it is constant!

Second Nature

We shape our world by our focus as we only truly see what we focus on. Our personal energy affects those immediately around us which can then affect their thoughts and feelings (moods).

We transmit information in many ways and again, just like the waves on the ocean, they travel far beyond what we see.

To promote love, peace, freedom, compassion, etc., let’s focus on these.  It begins with each of us! We foster growth and change by concentrated energy and initiate action based on similar vibrations.  It is up to us to do our part to create the world which we wish to live in. 

Do not focus on how bad you believe things are in the world around you. By focusing on that, you are actually amplifying negativity and opening yourself up to more of the same. 

If you want love, focus on love not the lack thereof.  If you want peace; focus on peace not on the want for it. Appreciate what is in your life. Acknowledge all that ought to be appreciated.

We are not suggesting running from issues.  Face them head on, deal with them and then let them go.  They do not require our concentrated focus; they require an effort and a release. Then we can again appreciation the lesson and focus on your love for life. When we practice focusing on the positive that surrounds us, we may be deeply surprised at how much there is to be thankful for and how much that focus affects those around us.  

You can’t simply remove what has been in place for most of your life.  But just as a muscle, you can repetitively practice building a new focus. Repetitively practice this focus and be appreciative until you make it second nature. Imagine the ripple effect you can create!

ALL TOGETHER NOW

We are all brothers and sisters experiencing this life together, each of us on our own level of experience.  Everything you do, on some level, has a ripple effect on the rest of humanity.  Even little imprints we make affect others.  Perhaps it is only our family, but that is highly unlikely.  The influence is likely to run much deeper.  Good or bad, our actions have effects on others.

All together now

We are all together sharing this planet we call earth.  We seek out happiness, contentment and love not only for ourselves but also for those we care about, at the very least.  This flow of integration can have profound effects on the world around us.  Our attitude towards our life and the attitude we have about the world and its state also has an impact on everyone, in some way or another. 

Even our internal dialogue (our thoughts) influence. We feel the energies of the thoughts of others and are influenced by them.

We all work as one, each one affecting the life of the other.  Do not sell yourself short by believing that you have no impact on this world.  The world depends on you in this moment, and you depend on the world around you. 

Communication, interaction, affection, participation, laughter, enlightenment and peace all play a part in the ongoing evolution of mankind, just as violence, hate, vengeance, hurt, aggression and viciousness influences. 

Some argue we are not in this together as our circumstances are different, but I beg to differ. We are all together now in this moment influencing all that is! Each of us plays our own part.  Your input is important. What influence do you choose to provide?
