Since Transiting Neptune moves through a sign of the Zodiac in approximately 14 years, it is this astrologer’s opinion that it carries forward with it the energies of the previous sign that it just transited through, an orb of influence, if you wish, from the past sign.  I have not done a consensus with other Astrologers, but I certainly think it is worth considering.

Transiting Neptune moved into Aries on a permanent basis (no more retrograding back to Pisces) on December 9, 2025.  It was in Pisces for approximately 14 years prior to this date.  I like to a 3° orb of influence as this is when the energy is still recognizable from its previous sign placement.  So, Pisces will still have an influence although weakening towards the end of 2026.

In Pisces, many people found a renewed or first-time interest in the psychic realm.  The door seemed to open, even if only with curiosity.  Information and experience were gained throughout much of this cycle.  Looking at the house where Neptune was transiting through and the Natal positioning by house and aspect in your personal Astrology chart provides you with more information as to how this might work out for you personally.

This is not to say that everyone became overly affected in this manner, as Neptune also has its other side which includes illusiveness, confusion, and vagueness. Pisces can be often associated with drug and alcohol consumption and the wish to escape harsh reality.  This may have also been associated with other individuals in your life.  Neptune also has other facets to its personality, far too many to mention in this short article.

If Neptune in Pisces had a psychic influence on you perhaps Neptune moving into Aries carried this forward in a much more personal way.  Perhaps you can begin using this ability in a more personal manner and you have and will paid more attention to how you are living your life according to higher psychic/spiritual principles of love and compassion. Perhaps this is the time the door opens more from an internal perspective and allow Neptunes’ energy to infiltrate your inner being.

Have a closer look at your true potential and begin using this openly. Make changes in this direction, where needed, so that you can foster in the change that is required in your own personal environment. This in turn will affect all of us as the ripple effect moves through each of us.  Just a thought. What is your opinion?

On July 14, 2026, we will be experiencing a New Moon at 21° in the sign of Cancer. When we experience a New Moon, the moon is always in Conjunction to the Sun. A new Moon signifies the beginning of something new focused on whatever energy it is influenced by. In this case, Cancer and the house which it is transiting through in your personal Natal Chart will provide the area of life effected for you.

Cancer is very much associated with family and nurturing those close to us.  It has to do with emotional expression and not only nurturing those around us, but also the need for personal nurturing. 

In many cases, because this New Moon is in Cancer, the feelings (emotions) are aroused, and we may feel more intensely than normal which touches us deeply.  This is particularly true if you have planets in your chart either Conjunct this degree (21degrees Cancer) or in Opposition which would be in Capricorn.  You can allow a 3° orb of influence.  Squares, Trines and Sextiles also apply, but the Conjunction and Opposition are, by far, the most important (influential) angles.

If this positioning affects the first or seventh house, for example, you would be a strong part of what this speaks about, and it likely encompasses your relationship, especially your spouse.  It could also imply that this is about a shared business, like a partnership and in some cases speaks of open enemies.

Transiting Mercury is also tightly connected (Conjunction at 19° Cancer) to the New Moon’s position.  This implies that communicating and analyzing the situation is a part of the process.  Mercury rules the mind and, if for example, this is in the third house, it might involve your siblings or perhaps something going on in the neighborhood. 

Since a New Moon is always about new beginnings, it is important to take action. Much will be determined by what you do about the situation or the potential at hand in roughly six months’ time when we reach the Full Moon in Cancer. The Cancer Full Moon is the harvest time of the seeds you plant now and nurture along the way.

The Cancer New Moon 2026 creates an emotion focus on family and loved ones. Remember to also ensure that your own needs are nurtured and taken care of too.

Under challenging conditions, Saturn tests us and asks us to reconsider our plans with strategy and commitment.  This is not the time to sit back and stagnate even though the way things were, prior to this aspect, may have felt comfortable. 

Saturn seeks stability and structure.

Pluto wants to transform our commitment to prepare for something new.  The norm is what comforts Saturn. Pluto pushes changes that will allow us to adjust to what is needed for our future. What was in place prior to this time, we may have outgrown.

This is a time for rebuilding and building anew, not just a quick rebuild but something that will stand the test of time for our future.  Something that is reliable and will force you to replace old habits and patterns that might have suited the times way back when, but now no longer serves your needs.

This period, which requires inner strength and ambition, can push you ahead although it will take work to get to where you need to be in a year or two from now. This will not be an overnight success. It will take a lot of work and discipline and in some cases assistance from reliable outside sources.  You likely have great inner strength although you might not recognize it. Asking for a little assistance when required will go a long way and does not diminish your strength in any way.  There may be power struggles but listening to your peers and making decisions that are valid and can create a slow but steady change is what is required at this time.

Don’t let fear stand in the way.  Worrying about what might happen does not build character which is part of what you are doing under this aspect.  You are getting rid of anything that might be holding you back and gaining inner strength along the way.  Stubbornly holding on to what ”was” does not serve a purpose for you. This is a time for regeneration and transformation at its highest level. The energies are favorable at this time although things likely move a slower pace than you want.

Transiting Saturn trine natal Pluto may bring upheaval but with effort this results in meaningful transformation. Work with the change, and listen for guidance that leads you to your new path.
