EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED

Opportunities that you never dreamed of can present themselves. We may initially be surprised but as time passes, you realize that this was exactly what was needed. 

Expect the Unexpected

These opportunities can involve people, inner change or events. Sometimes this unexpected event fosters long awaited change.  Sometimes it moves us to places that were not available before.  The unexpected can turn keys and open doors that bring us to where we need to be.

Sometimes the change stems from within and we delve even deeper into our core to allow a new chapter in life to begin, one that could not happen without the inner change. 

Change is often a requirement of the soul.

If life has become stagnant or alterations are required, we often are pushed to make change.  Sometimes change is beyond our control, and we just have to go with the flow.  There are times when opportunity comes along and we have no idea where it might be taking us, but we somehow know in our gut we must take the chance. We might be uncertain about what lies ahead and perhaps anxious that it might not be right or that we might be making a mistake but we push through the mind’s chatter to grow.  Sometimes the unexpected just happens and we have to go for the ride and see where life is taking us.

No matter what the circumstances of the change may be, eventually we may begin to understand the reason behind what unfolded or it is possible we never will. Life is what it is, and we learn the lessons we must. We adapt along the way. 

Change is inevitable! It is part of life, a part of our growth.  Don’t fight it; welcome it! Expect the unexpected.

ARE YOU A SLAVE TO YOUR THOUGHTS

Have you been experiencing a feeling of being pulled away from what used to be? 

You may be being asked to step forward or are being propelled forward.  The time is ripe for advancement and accomplishment on some level.

What are you now willing to do to advance, whatever advancement may look like for you? 

Do not allow setbacks to stand in your way. You can persevere and should never give up because of any challenge, big or small.

It may have been a while since you felt any type of momentum. You may be concerned that the time is not quite ripe.  Are you willing to take that chance and move forward anyway? 

Will that next step be advantageous, or will it hinder in some way? 

We all need to take the time to consider the consequences of our actions but at the same time, we cannot let fear rule. 

Slave to Our Thoughts

Are you a slave to your thoughts?

Remember, you are not your thoughts; you are the one listening to them.  You choose which ones to adhere to and which ones to let go of.

Believing in yourself is imperative. Do not get caught up in the mind’s interference past or present.  Some have been a slave to their thoughts for most of their lives. Now, however, is a great time to recognize that there will always be chatter in our minds but it is a choice whether to listen or not to listen. Take advantage of any opportunity that presents itself. Step beyond your fear!

Take advantage of the energies in place in your life right now.  You are always ready for a breakthrough if you allow it to happen. 

Here’s to conquering your focus, your fears and any life lesson you may be present with.

SUN IN GEMINI

Sun in Gemini

The Sun moves from Taurus, a fixed earth sign, into Gemini, a mutable air sign, on May 20, 2024.  Gemini is said to be one of the most curious signs of the Zodiac.  It is naturally ruled by Mercury, the planet of the mind, and these individuals need constant mental stimulation for life to have meaning to them.  They get bored easily and as children need constant attention or many toys to capture their attention. 

Gemini individuals are changeable, versatile, and adaptable.  They can fit into almost any situation and love conversation and intellectual interchange.  They have an interest in learning, and many can have an education that surpasses the norm.  Those that do not fit into this category may have left their schooling early because of a lack of interest.  Gemini needs to focus their attention and would do well if they could only focus on one thing at a time and then finish what they started.

They know a little about many subjects and love teaching, learning, and studying.  Most have many acquaintances.  Many have friends from all walks of life.  They love interchange and interaction that stimulates their gathering of information and in order to find out what is going on within their environment.  Gemini loves adventure and wants to explore what life offers.  Many love the great outdoors and sports and participate in anything that involves movement.

This post will likely attract many Gemini individuals because they are inquisitive and want to learn about themselves almost as much as they love to learn about others.  Some are prone to gossip while others listen well to what is shared with them.  If someone needs their help, Geminians may not be the most emotionally supportive, but they will come up with ideas that can help solve many problems.

We wrote a post earlier about the influence of planets entering the final degree of Taurus. At a later date, as the planets go into Gemini, we will go into detail about some of these planets as the planets  interact with the ever engaging sign of Gemini.
