Shifting with the Wind of Change

The winds of change affect us all.  There are times when we can manipulate the way life is wanting to move us and then there are times when we just have to go with the flow.  One thing is for certain, when the winds of change come, it is time for a shift. 

Change can come suddenly or provide us with warnings.  Often, if we are provided with intuitive warning, we can prepare for these changes.  Our current way of life and the familiar routine may no longer suit our soul’s requirements. We may fight the process but over time we recognize that the changes are in fact required.

These changes can be internal, external, involve others, or be very personal.  Change can have several different faces, but when it’s time, it’s time! 

Do not hold on to the old, outdated ways.  You cannot move forward to the next rung of life if you refuse to let go of the current one you are holding. If you know what must be done, go ahead and do it.  With or without your consent, life will move you in the direction required.  “Allowing” makes that transition much easier and likely much faster.

If life is hard right now, know that this too will change. Learn the lesson being taught and allow.

Change is guaranteed.  Growth is a requirement. Resistance creates harder lessons. Keep shifting with the wind of change, as required.

LIFE CAN CHANGE IN A MINUTE

Everything can change abruptly without warning. We could experience love at first sight, win the lottery, receive confirmation we have fully recovered from a long illness, and the list goes on. There is also the other side of this coin, but we don’t have to go into detail for these examples.

The life we lead is subject to change, and we have to be flexible to be able to move forward as required.

Living in the moment and being open to all experiences can be our best practice. We cannot live in the past or live in the future, we must be in the now.  Worrying about possibilities solves nothing for the future but it certainly robs us of the current moment.

Life Can Change in a Minute

Don’t worry about possibilities. We can waste our whole lives thinking about what might come.  Many have practiced worry and years later they finally realize that what they were so concerned about never materialized. Wasting the moment by being in our heads through worry is not living.

Embrace and enjoy this moment.  Be right here right now.  Accept what unfolds and let go when necessary. Life can change in a minute. The only thing guaranteed is this moment, right now! Be open and allow. Accept and enjoy!

WINDS OF CHANGE

Winds of Change

Just as we experience the changing seasons, there will be times when we ourselves begin to feel the need for change or feel that change is beginning to manifest in our lives.  Sometimes we know that a change is about to occur, and other times, life presents us with the unexpected. It is not always easy to adjust to change but it is essential for our mental and physical wellbeing.  There are certainly times to fight but more frequently there are times when we have to recognize that change is essential and go with the flow.

For example, sometimes a relationship will end, with or without our consent, and we must begin a new life without our partner. Alternatively, we may have been on our own for a great length of time and enjoy the independence, but we meet someone new. We can be concerned with where a relationship may take us. 

We may lose our job or have an opportunity to start a new career.

Sometimes it is an easy adjustment and sometimes not so easy.  Even good change can be taxing.

Some of us are quick to adjust, and some have a very hard time even adjusting to minor changes.  Some are so set in their ways that change, although unpredictable, is so challenging that they will do their utmost to keep things the same at any cost but again, change may come without a choice.

As we move through life, we will go through many different experiences, and adjustment is an essential part of the equation.  We learn to bend and stop resisting change.  Refuse to change can create much unnecessary anguish in life.

It is essential to learn when to stand up and fight for change, and when to ride the waves of change and adapt.  On the winds of change, life will eventually take us exactly where we need to go, with or without our consent.  We learn, we listen, we live, and if we enjoy inner peace, we adjust to accommodate it.
