BE YOUR BEST

If you are aware of who you wish you were, then this is already a part of you, already alive and well and waiting to be brought out into the open.  Do not allow yourself to be discouraged, however. You are human and will make mistakes and veer off course. No one by any definition is perfect.

Be Your Best

Do your best. Sustaining these ideal qualities is not an easy task.  You will veer off course from time to time but do not be disappointed. Acknowledge the deviation and refocus.  No one is perfect but we can do our best to be our best.

Accepting who we are is a giant step forward. Recognize your shortcomings as this will help you move in the right direction.  You cannot change anything until you recognize what is there in the first place.  Do not worry about failure. There is no such thing as failure. What we term as a failure is simply a lesson on what not to do and it arms us with more information and realizations to succeed in our goals.

Acknowledge and release any qualities that you do not want to associate with.  Do not identify with them as they are only as alive and functioning as you make or allow them.  They do not define you.

Watch your focus in general. Ensure that you are not caught in a cycle of thinking you are unworthy, incompetent, etc. (A perfect example of focus…..you live your whole life never hearing the word “timorous”.  Because I have brought this word into your focus, you are likely going to hear it again.

One day looking back on life, you may discover that although you had some incidents that you might not be proud of, you found ways to learn from those moments. Do not be a timorous person. Step out of your comfort zone and be bold. Acknowledge your efforts, keep up the good fight and love yourself for who you are.

You can accomplish whatever you put your mind to and can achieve things that you never thought possible.  Believe in yourself and be your best.  Advance with your objectives.  Be fearless when it comes to being you!

INNER BEAUTY

Much of how we act today (and react if applicable) is reflective of our opinion of how and what has transpired in our life up to this point.  We react to life experiences and our response will enhance growth or stagnate or even deterioration.  Much depends on the resilience and attitude of each individual as they encounter life.  Some face life with resistance, some face life with observance, some face life completely open and some face life with fear.  Much depends on your upbringing, your inner personality, your attitude, your state of mind as well as the circumstances that life has provided.

Inner Beauty

Within most individuals, but not all, dwells a hidden face reflecting our inner beauty and affectionate response to others.  Some put on a tough exterior that they feel they need to protect them; some relax and show this inner face, some withdraw as they are deeply affected by what goes on around them and they take on other’s energies. 

We all need a place of solace and peace.  We all need a comfort zone. 

As we mature, some of us recognize the inner beauty that dwells within and bring it out into the open without fear of what others may think.  Some of us keep our inner beauty hidden beneath the surface for many different reasons.

Perhaps it’s time to reveal that softer, more gentle person that lies within, to reveal that inner beauty.  Perhaps we need to rise above our fears and be open to life. 

Letting go is not a weakness. It is faith in life that whatever transpired is meant to transpire as it should. It is faith in ourselves that we are who we should be.

Imagine a world where the vibration has been raised beyond fear.

NOTHING COMPARES

You can compare what you have or who you are to what others have or what they can do, but why? 

Nothing Compares

Comparisons only create jealousy or envy towards the other person or a feeling of lacking and doing without. There is no advantage to comparing ourselves to others. Why would we compare apples to oranges anyway?

There will always be individuals who appear to have more than we do or are capable of doing something we cannot. We are not who or what others are or can do. We are our own unique person with many positive characteristics and capabilities of our own. Nothing compares to who we are and what we are capable of doing. You are you and the skills you learn and what you acquire in life is what is needed for your life. We may not achieve our wants, but we achieve our needs.

Accept who you are and what you are capable of doing.  Acknowledge what you have achieved and place no limits on your capabilities.  The door always remains open even in the darkest moments.  It is up to us to advance, to move ahead and challenge ourselves to conquer each life lesson, to better ourselves and to rise above limitations. 

Don’t compare your abilities and your success to others.  Be content at least for the moment recognizing and appreciating your achievements.  Be thankful for your life and realize that every challenge, every lesson has made you who you are today and that person is a better, expanded, more knowledgeable person that you were yesterday. You know you can conquer and/or move forward from anything that comes your way no matter how big, no matter how difficult. Your lesson may be that of accepting and not reaching your goals, but you will grow and learn from this.

Falling short is not defeat. It is about doing your best and knowing that you did what you could and then accepting the outcome.  Not reaching our goals can be the biggest piece of luck we ever receive in life.  Not reaching our goal may open a door that offers us much more than we could ever have imagined.

Accept that life will take you to where you need to go.  Nothing compares to who we are and what we can do. We always win when we look at ourselves and our capabilities from that perspective.  Your view of you is what makes you a winner! Nothing compares…..
