FORECAST FOR SUN IN SAGITTARIUS 2025

Although there are other planets in transit making different aspects to those with their Sun in Sagittarius, we thought we would touch on the two outer planets as they have a stronger and longer impact than the fast-moving inner planetary aspects. 

Forecast for Sun in Sagittarius 2025

We will focus on Transiting Pluto making a Sextile at1° Aquarius and Transiting Neptune making a Trine at 29° Pisces.  Neptune will be moving into Aries on or about January 26/2026. 

Both Pluto and Neptune will make their aspects for those with their Sun in the early degrees of Sagittarius.  You can allow a 3–5° approaching orb, and a 2° separating orb.  This suggests that these two planetary links will last for at least a couple of years depending on what degree your Natal Sun is in your Natal Astrology Chart.

From November 2025 to June 2026, transiting Pluto will move between 1-5° into the sign of Aquarius and then go into retrograde until October 2026 and then goes direct again at 3° Aquarius. 

Pluto’s energies speak of transformation, perhaps bringing an internal change which forces you to view your life on a deeper level and challenging you to make significant changes.  Your goals are subject to change and your path may go through some different approaches as well.  This requires deep integration with the thinking process and challenges you to leave some part of who you are behind or begin anew in a somewhat different direction. 

The Sextile aspect suggests that this is an opportunity aspect but that you will have to act to get results.  If you do nothing, this opportunity may not amount to too much or the changes that set in might not be without some struggles or inner conflict. 

Transiting Neptune will move from 29° Pisces to 2-3° Aries by the end of 2027, so this is a slow moving aspect having an affecting over a long period of time well into 2027.  Neptune is Trine to those with their Sun in the early degrees of Sagittarius suggesting that there may be a sense that things are moving slowly but firmly in the right direction.  There may be openings regarding your path in a more spiritual direction and/or a desire to be of service to those under less fortunate circumstances.  You will likely feel that you must do the work, and that although others may be involve, you might want to take a leading role.

The path in life may take twists and turns for the better, and where you might have been unclear prior to this time, you are now being directed in a much clearer manner.  You will likely have a feeling that you are heading down the road towards clearer understanding and under much less vague inclinations.  You may feel you are being guided into a service-oriented path that may be tied to spirituality.  Those with sensitivity or psychic abilities may find that their energies are enhanced and these energies may take you into the deeper realms of self.

The forecast for Sun in Sagittarius 2025 involving Pluto and Neptune may be very transformational and evolutionary.  Dive deep within and be open! Of course, the whole chart needs to be studied to see how this may work out.  Also look at the natal potential found in the natal chart.

PLUTO TRINE NATAL SATURN

Pluto is the agent of change.  It brings with it transformational energies, regenerative qualities and life interruptions often of great influence. 

Saturn resists change, enjoys what is safe and reliable, creates challenges and obstacles but also implies hard work for responsible measures that bring with it reliable and steady outcomes, if you work diligently to address what is in front of you.

The Trine implies opportunities, easy flow, gain and often heightened enthusiasm because you just feel that things are moving along nicely, the way you might wish they would.  Saturn, however, usually puts up barriers, and in some cases, shortcomings if effort is not applied vigorously.  The opportunity for success, however, is still highlighted and periods of easy flow and good fortune still applies, but as mentioned, not without effort and a steady approach.

Old structures may crumble, but this must take place in order for the new to take hold.  What seems to be solid may now reveal itself, and you will have to be honest with yourself and not hold on to things that no longer fit the evolutionary state that you are entering.  An honest deep reflection is what is required at this time, and you cannot ignore what is taking place no matter how you might look at the situation. 

Transiting Pluto trine Natal Saturn is a turning point of great importance. It will take some time to reveal itself to you completely, so don’t be impatient because part of the process is learning about patience and knowing that good things take time to build.  This is your time. Make a commitment to yourself to follow life’s path and build a solid foundation that will stand the test of time.  You are in a building process that will gather momentum and solidify over time.

PLUTO OPPOSITION NATAL JUPITER

Pluto is known for its transformational and regenerative energies.  Pluto is also known to create power struggles and is often in place when some type of endings materialize.  There are literally no halfway measures when it comes to Pluto’s energy and its influence has a lasting effect often not completely understood for several years. 

The position of transiting Pluto in your chart will indicate where transformations are ready to become enhanced, where change is required.  Do not doubt the energies, transformation and change will happen.  In many cases, you have little control over your destiny as Pluto influences your chart. 

You should also look deeply into Pluto’s placement by house and aspect in its natal position for more information.

Jupiter is about expansion and often suggests opportunities are at hand and growth is indicated. 

Pluto opens doors through its action and Jupiter and Pluto together can indicate positive change through transformation and regeneration in areas where it is greatly needed.  Jupiter often brings good luck into the equation and enhances things. In some cases, Jupiter will build on what is already in place or build and bring growth where it is required or where it can be used effectively.

Opposition aspects are often challenging and usually involve others.  In many cases, events are out of our hands or someone else is doing the maneuvering or in some cases manipulating.

There is no doubt about that, but the energies of Jupiter and the strength and conviction of Pluto can help to bring positive solutions through these challenging situations.  It will be imperative to speak your mind but not to become aggressive, especially when the person you are dealing with is a superior or someone in a managerial position.  It may be futile to argue or even push your point as you will likely not win, and the aftermath may not be in your favour.  Go with the flow and realize that the outcome likely is a resolution that works for management as well as for you. 

With Pluto opposition natal Jupiter, change will likely be slow and at times tedious, but change is a requirement and will take place. This change will result in a positive solution which you will benefit from.
