On April 19, 2025, the Sun went into the sign of Taurus.  See our post www.holmastrology.com/post/sun-in-taurus-2024 for more information on Taurus

The aspects for Sun in Taurus 2025 highlighted include Saturn, Pluto and Uranus. These suggest change to structure and new beginnings after leaving the old behind. This is promising!
Aspects for Sun in Taurus 2025

There are three transiting aspects connected with those with their Sun in Taurus for 2025 that we will focus on for our mini forecast.

The first one, the more challenging one, is Transiting Pluto, which will be making a Square to those individuals with their Sun in the early degrees of Taurus.  Transiting Pluto currently (April 2025) is at 3° degrees in the sign of Aquarius.  This often suggests a need for change usually because things no longer suit our evolutionary growth.  Something may have gone stale or is now going through a challenging time, and something needs to change. This energy is likely quite personal and may have something to do with your goals and your path forward.  Although Squares are considered quite challenging creating obstacles and obstructions, they are difficult enough that they often force us into action, which is beneficial.  This barrier is not necessarily something brought on by others, so we can work our way through things by orchestrating the change that is necessary.  We likely must do the work required, however.  Often because Pluto is involved something must end for something new to begin.

The next two aspects we will combine. Transiting Uranus is making a Conjunction and Saturn is making a Sextile for those with their Sun in the later degrees of Taurus.

Uranus is currently at 25° of Taurus and Saturn is at 25° of Pisces.  These two planets have totally different energies. Uranus is an agent for change and often found in cases when things are being stir up. Uranus motivates us to act.

Saturn, on the other hand, has to do with stability and structure. Saturn does not like change but under these circumstances, Uranus pushes for change. As a result, there may be some push and pull before the changes indicated by Uranus take hold.

This combined energy may cause you to worry about the changes that are to come or that are already beginning to take shape. The old and trusted things in place feel much more secure but change is what is required; and over time, when things begin to settle in, you will realize that this transformation was just what was needed.

On a worldly note, not just affecting Taurus, the energies of Saturn and Uranus are quite visible at large currently.  These two were within minutes of each other on April 2, 2025.  They will remain significant likely for some time easing off in September/October of 2025 and then starting up again towards the end of 2025 and finally passing through and making a powerful positioning in early 2026. The energies will finish off into the spring of 2026.

One thing should be noted, Saturn and Uranus are in sextile to one another suggesting that this is an opportunity aspect considered to be favorable even though these energies do not mold well with one another. Sextiles require your work so don’t just sit back.

There will, of course, be other factors to take into consideration as the whole chart must be reviewed for a full picture.

We posted our article on Sun in Pisces on February 12, 2025.  Here is a link for your convenience.  www.holmastrology.com/post/sun-in-pisces-2025

The aspects for those with Sun in Pisces 2025 might be challenging but what is learned will stand the test of time and you can move forward with clear perception.
Aspects for Sun in Pisces 2025

Today, we are reviewing the more significant aspects that will be affecting Sun in Pisces over the next solar return.

Saturn will be transiting through Pisces making a Conjunction for those with their Sun in the mid to late degrees of Pisces.  Saturn moves into Aries at the end of May, 2025 returning for its final pass-through Pisces in early September and finally stay in Aries from mid-February of 2026 forward.  Neptune will also be moving into Aries towards the end of March, although it does return to Pisces for a short stay from October 22, 2025, to January 26, 2026.  Saturn and Neptune will make a tight conjunction in Aries from February 15 to February 21, 2026.

The Conjunction of the Sun with Saturn suggests that although you may have certain goals in mind, the way forward will likely be linked with some sort of adversity or lesson.  Perhaps the goals seem to have obstacles in the way and reaching them requires much work and discipline.  It might be like having to jump through hoops and nothing seems to go as smooth as you wish.  These goals will require a lot of attentiveness and if you are thorough and don’t try to fast-track or jump required steps, the potential to reaching your goals is heightened although the outcome may not be exactly the way you had planned but good none-the-less.  You may feel that the work required is too strenuous or too challenging.  If you follow through, however, the results are reliable and often working towards your objectives can bring solid results that may have a lasting influence or result.

Neptune in Pisces will conjunct the Sun in the end degrees of Pisces as well.  This suggests, without using the influence of Saturn, that your goals and the road ahead may be tied closely with the energies of Pisces.  Make sure that you are seeing things clearly and be objective, especially when Saturn is also involved in the process.  Spirituality can be heightened and once you see things clearly, Saturn will help to determine what is useful and reliable and also what is real and what is imagined.  This is a revolving door that can lead into clear perception and spiritual enlightenment depending on what the rest of the chart is implying at the same time.

When these two planets (Saturn and Neptune) move into Aries, they will make a semi-sextile to those with their Sun in the early degrees of Pisces.  This aspect is considered a minor aspect and is only given an orb of influence of one to two degrees.  The energies of a semi-sextile have been known to be a little irritating or slightly positive.  It can bring confusion as there is difficulty involved due to both planets (the Sun and transiting Saturn as well as Transiting Neptune) are in completely different elements and modalities.  They often do not work well together although it has also been linked to being in the right place at the right time regardless of whether this is considered favorable or not so favorable.  In most cases, the Semi-Sextile is of little importance as it is not considered an energetic or important aspect. Again, sometimes, however, what seems like nothing of importance becomes much more significant later.

The Conjunction of Saturn and Neptune in Aries will likely have quite an impact.  Neptune’s link with the otherworldly, sight unseen, mystical side of life will be working with Saturn, the planet of reality, sight seen, worldly and very concrete.  Together they will open the door to seeing things as they are through our spiritual connectedness, and being in Aries, you may be pushed to act in a more aggressive manner in using what you have learned while both Saturn and Neptune were in Pisces. Hopefully, this will be brought forward into our personal lives ultimately affecting those around us in positive terms as well.

The aspects for Sun in Pisces 2025 might be challenging but what is learned will stand the test of time and you can move forward with clear perception.

As promised in our Sun in Sagittarius post https://www.holmastrology.com/post/sun-in-sagittarius on November 18, 2024, we are going to look at the transits for those with their Sun in Sagittarius for 2024/2025.

The Sun in Sagittarius transits include Neptune, Saturn and Pluto and these will have the biggest impact in the coming year. Life lessons, uncertainty and transformation are all part of the bigger picture. Work with these energies to experience your intended growth.
Sun in Capricorn Transits

These transits speak directly to those with their Sun in the sign of Sagittarius at varying degrees.  We will be primarily speaking about the transits from Neptune, Saturn and Pluto as they are the most influential.  As Neptune, Saturn and Pluto move forward (in direct motion) or appear to be moving backwards (retrograde), they will have an impact on those with their Sun in Sagittarius when they hit the same degrees as the Sun in Sagittarius is in the birth chart.  You will have to look up in an ephemeris the timing and actual degrees of the planets to know if/when they have an impact in your chart.

Saturn in the mid-degrees of Pisces will be in force throughout 2025, bringing with it a time of testing and lessons on resilience and patience. Those affected by Saturn will have to dedicate much time and effort towards life objectives during the contact time period.  Saturn works with a more easy flow when it is in retrograde (September 3rd to November 28th, 2025 while moving through the later degrees of Pisces).  Check the houses involved along with how Natal Saturn is aspected in your chart to see how these energies might play out specifically for you.  Saturn will be in Square to those with this position of their Sun throughout its stay.

Neptune makes a Square to those with their Sun in the later degrees of Sagittarius and it moves into Aries at the end of March, 2025 and back into Pisces in late October, 2025.  Neptune also makes a Trine to those with their Sun in the very early degrees of Sagittarius as it moves into Aries, after making its way through Pisces.

For those Sagittarians that have transiting Neptune squaring their Sun, this will be a time of confusion around your objectives and perhaps the way you feel about who you are as an individual.  It can influence your health, especially if you have already had a period of illness.  This illness may be hard to diagnose and cause worry and anxiety.  You may feel listless and not have much energy but make sure that you are not completely focused on being ill as this will only help it grow.

For those with their Sun In the early degrees of Sagittarius, Neptune will be making a trine to this position and those affected may find that the potential for moving towards with their objectives is increased.  Sometimes something almost mystical enters the equation as the psychic realm is enhanced when there is an interest in this directions.

Going a little deeper, transiting Pluto will also make a sextile to the Sun in Sagittarius.  This aspect provides an opportunity to make changes and transform your goals and aspirations in a more positive direction. The changes can be subtle in the beginning, but positive transformations are at hand.

There will be mitigating influences by other transits going on throughout this timeframe. These transits we have highlighted are general energies and much depends on the rest of your chart and how it is being impacted during these transits.

The Sun in Sagittarius transits include Neptune, Saturn and Pluto and these will have the biggest impact in the coming year. Life lessons, uncertainty and transformation are all part of the bigger picture. Work with these energies to experience your intended growth.

Again, happy solar return to our Sagittarian followers.
