Get To The Point

Many of us choose a roundabout manner or we are vague when we are sharing challenging news, sharing a difference of opinion or following up on a difficult decision.  It is not always an easy task letting someone know something that you know will create emotional stress or something they do not want to hear.  We try to break it to them gently but have a difficult time saying it as it is, only because we are concerned about the outcome.

In the meantime, many awaiting difficult news truly want you to be honest and say it as it is. Some do not want to engage in challenging conversations or difficult situations but the time has come for this to come to the surface, and you do not have the right to hold back.  It’s uncomfortable but necessary.

Holding back or not being direct serves no purpose other than dragging out what needs to surface anyway.  If you are the bearer of bad news, don’t hold back. Share what needs to be said but you can say it with compassion and come from a caring place.

Get to the point by compassionately being clear and concise and do not leave anything that needs to be said to the imagination.

UPS AND DOWNS

Ups and Downs

Maneuvering your way through life’s ups and downs takes courage and perseverance.  As you become “accustomed” to life’s lessons, you begin to find ways of to adjust and allow life’s unpredictable moments without great stress.  You become more knowledgeable through experience with these challenges (and uplifting experience) and learned ways to manage.  The experience you gain because of these difficulties helps you with your journey through this life.

You seldom truly enjoy the lessons but without them you would not have gained the insight, strength, and abilities you now have.  At some point, you begin to realize that because of these lessons, you can learn future lessons easier as well as help others simply because you have had similar experiences. 

When, on the contrary, you go through periods of wonderment and joy, you learn to dance and celebrate.  You are uplifted and enjoy what these events offer.  Some feel that these are rewards for all your hard work and others believe that it is just the road you walk at that moment.  Whatever you believe, appreciate these times and experience them to the fullest.  Life is magical, if you have that attitude.

Life has its ups and downs. Trust in the ebb and flow, for it is through this rhythm that you grow and evolve. It is part of the process and creates balance. Life is a mystery and there is much to experience as you make your way forward.

YOURS TO DISCOVER

It might just be time to open the door to your own personal discovery. 

Meditation can bring forth much which is otherwise hidden.  Through opening these channels, we allow a flow from outside sources and attract unseen or hidden material not available to us in the busy day-to-day mind.

Yours to Discover

What you find will be personal and specific for you.  You are able to discuss what comes to you with others, and they may have had similar experiences, but your experiences are unique to you.  What becomes available is important at this moment and can help you with your understanding of your personal journey.

Any questions you may have can be answered and in turn comprehended and utilized by you. These answers will also be for the purpose of your perception that much goes on beneath the surface in life. You move along at your own pace and often gather momentum once the connection is made but you must do the work required.

You may begin to understand the why behind your experience.  You may find a deeper understanding of who you are and the gifts or tools you have brought with you to formulate the route to your destiny.

Do not listen to the mind’s chatter, especially in the beginning when it tries to stop you before you begin to go deep.  The mind wants control and will relay any type of information whether helpful or a hindrance. Go beyond the surface of your existence. Practice stilling the mind so that a much wiser process can provide you with whatever assistance you may require.

Practice and follow-through are of utmost importance.  What lies beyond the mind’s useless chatter is yours to discover. Don’t give in to the pressures presented by the mind and continue your movement forward to see what lies beyond.
