TAKE BACK YOUR FOCUS

Are you focused in the moment or are you thinking about what was or what will be? 

Do you notice all the little things around you, the colors, sounds, vibrations from others, the sequence of events and all the words spoken in between the events? 

When you are focused like this, you are living in the moment.

If you have found that time is passing you by, this is likely suggesting that you are not focused in the present.  Time seems to slow down when we live in the ever-present now.  Most of us understand the concept of living in the moment, but how many of us actually do it? 

Take Back Your Focus

Take back your focus. Live in the moment as we only really have the moment if we are living.  If we are not in the moment, we are existing in our heads and that is just distracting chatter. 

The past is gone, and the future is yet to come.  So many individuals worry about possibilities, wasting time. What we worry about seldom materializes. When challenges come up, we are seldom prepared because worry does nothing to enable us. 

Live your life in the now.  Let go of the past; it will never be as it was moving forward.

Worrying about the future only robs us of the moment and solves nothing.

ARE YOU A SLAVE TO YOUR THOUGHTS

Have you been experiencing a feeling of being pulled away from what used to be? 

You may be being asked to step forward or are being propelled forward.  The time is ripe for advancement and accomplishment on some level.

What are you now willing to do to advance, whatever advancement may look like for you? 

Do not allow setbacks to stand in your way. You can persevere and should never give up because of any challenge, big or small.

It may have been a while since you felt any type of momentum. You may be concerned that the time is not quite ripe.  Are you willing to take that chance and move forward anyway? 

Will that next step be advantageous, or will it hinder in some way? 

We all need to take the time to consider the consequences of our actions but at the same time, we cannot let fear rule. 

Slave to Our Thoughts

Are you a slave to your thoughts?

Remember, you are not your thoughts; you are the one listening to them.  You choose which ones to adhere to and which ones to let go of.

Believing in yourself is imperative. Do not get caught up in the mind’s interference past or present.  Some have been a slave to their thoughts for most of their lives. Now, however, is a great time to recognize that there will always be chatter in our minds but it is a choice whether to listen or not to listen. Take advantage of any opportunity that presents itself. Step beyond your fear!

Take advantage of the energies in place in your life right now.  You are always ready for a breakthrough if you allow it to happen. 

Here’s to conquering your focus, your fears and any life lesson you may be present with.

SECOND CHANCE

Things happen for a reason (so the story goes). 

There is always a reason or lesson behind our experiences. 

Some situations are extremely unpleasant but on the other side of the coin, some situations are very pleasant, and we feel fortunate.  Perhaps it is wise not to categorize any of these situations.  Perhaps we simply need to pay attention to the lessons we are learning from any given situation.

Second Change

Sometimes, we make mistakes, and we are given a second chance to learn, correct or adjust and live a better experience because of it. Sometimes, life changes and there are no second chances, but likely change was what was needed and the path forward is far more beneficial than before the lesson was presented.  

When life goes smoothly and a fortunate situation comes our way, reflect and recognize this as an opportunity for learning or advancement or to just relax and take life in. 

We always have choices. With life lessons, we have the choice to let the situation or opportunity slide by and do nothing with the energy or we can make changes or adjustments and move forward doing things differently due to the lesson learned.

Life is full of opportunities and advancement in many different forms.  Pay attention to what life is showing you. Use all energies to the best of your abilities.  Sometimes it is beyond our reach to do what we wish we could do so we need to accept what unfolds and see the opportunities that come from the experience.  Either way, there are second chances available most often in life. Unfortunately, some of us fail to recognize them as such. 

Live in the moment, pay close attention to what is and recognize what is right in front of you.
