The Momentum of Life

Today could be one step forward and two steps back. Tomorrow may be full throttle ahead without waver. 

We can learn to go with the flow when needed but there will also be times we must fight tooth and nail because we know it is necessary. 

We can hold ourselves back because of worries.  We fear the unknown but damn it, we move forward anyway.

There are days that the flow is carefree. We enjoy the ride and float with energy because it is taking us exactly where we want to go.  We enjoy what life teaches and wish for more of the same.  In many cases this energy force can carry forward and begin to affect many areas of life in positive terms.  Our focus now becomes more attracted to the good things in life as life seems to present its selves in this way.

Life’s momentum changes over a lifetime many times.  We accept what life sends our way and maneuver our way forward.  Some days are easy. Some other days are battles because we must fight or alternatively we resist, we fear, we hide. 

Do not get overwhelmed. All things pass. Life’s momentum can and will shift. If it is difficult today, know that it will change but learn the lesson in the meantime. If it is smooth-flowing today, appreciate and take time to enjoy.

We walk our road in solitude although others walk beside us.  Focus is everything. The momentum of life is forever changing. Enjoy and appreciate the ride, whatever it may be.

SECOND NATURE

You may or may not be aware that what you do in your little corner of the world has an impact on the rest of mankind.  Your thoughts, your preconceived notions, and your focus all have influences on all that surrounds you and the ripple effect reaches far beyond your immediate environment. 

In many cases, what transpires due to an action, or a thought does not indicate an evolutionary change for mankind, but it does energetically touch those around you, creating a vibrational energy that expands.  Energy has no ending; it is constant!

Second Nature

We shape our world by our focus as we only truly see what we focus on. Our personal energy affects those immediately around us which can then affect their thoughts and feelings (moods).

We transmit information in many ways and again, just like the waves on the ocean, they travel far beyond what we see.

To promote love, peace, freedom, compassion, etc., let’s focus on these.  It begins with each of us! We foster growth and change by concentrated energy and initiate action based on similar vibrations.  It is up to us to do our part to create the world which we wish to live in. 

Do not focus on how bad you believe things are in the world around you. By focusing on that, you are actually amplifying negativity and opening yourself up to more of the same. 

If you want love, focus on love not the lack thereof.  If you want peace; focus on peace not on the want for it. Appreciate what is in your life. Acknowledge all that ought to be appreciated.

We are not suggesting running from issues.  Face them head on, deal with them and then let them go.  They do not require our concentrated focus; they require an effort and a release. Then we can again appreciation the lesson and focus on your love for life. When we practice focusing on the positive that surrounds us, we may be deeply surprised at how much there is to be thankful for and how much that focus affects those around us.  

You can’t simply remove what has been in place for most of your life.  But just as a muscle, you can repetitively practice building a new focus. Repetitively practice this focus and be appreciative until you make it second nature. Imagine the ripple effect you can create!

ARE YOU READY FOR CHANGE?

Sometimes change creeps up on us and sometimes we see it coming.  No one goes untouched by it as change is a certainty.

Will we fight change when it is presented, or will we adapt and comply with change as it enters our lives? 

Are you ready for change?

Sometimes we have little choice as change is a must.  At other times, however, we have a hand in creating the change.  One way or another we must learn to adapt and eventually accept where life is leading us, as most lessons are necessary.  It is much easier to go with the flow rather than swimming against the current of change.

We are not suggested to give in with every energy that comes knocking. Perhaps, however, we need to sit with ourselves and honestly analyze ourselves and our current situation. Contemplate why change is being presented. Sometimes all we need to do is make a slight tweak and other times we must do a total revamp.  Sometimes, we have choices and other times we do not.

Change can help us move in a more productive direction when life has gone stagnant. Other times change is brought on by our growth as a person. Change on all levels is guaranteed.

Many fear change as it represents the unknown and some encourage change due to their adventurous personalities.

Do not stress over possibilities allowing the mind to create anxiety and fear. What we worry about seldom materializes. We really do not know what the future holds.  We can waste many hours and, in some cases, many years anticipating outcomes.  We will walk the road we must, with or without our consent.  Accepting the inevitable makes the journey much easier.

Are you ready for change?  Do your due diligence and then embrace what needs to happen. Change is always guaranteed.
