URANUS OPPOSITION NATAL NORTH NODE

Uranus Opposition North Node

If Transiting Uranus is in Opposition to the North Node in your chart, it is also Conjunction to the South Node.  The Conjunction is more powerful than the Opposition.

While the North Node has similarities in its energies to Jupiter, the South Node has similarities to Saturn. 

Transiting Uranus is currently entering into the sign of Gemini which suggests that if transiting Uranus is conjuncting your South Node, your South node is in Gemini and your North Node is in Sagittarius. 

Uranus brings a change of direction, and these changes can at times be considerably challenging, especially when we are speaking of the South Node’s interaction with it.  There may be a general feeling that change is due although not wanted.  It may be forced on you by opposing forces often linked to other people’s influence in your life.  You may be the subject of an unintentional change of direction and the beginning of a new start.

You may have felt quite comfortable with how things were, but we are not here to follow our South Nodes path (which is quite familiar). We are here to move towards our North Node objectives (which are new and unfamiliar).  Changes may be unexpected and challenging, and these changes may take you in a direction you do not desire.  As mentioned, they may be forced upon you. 

If by chance this change has to do with relationship issues (7^th house emphasis or potential 5^th house especially if the relationship is new), perhaps there have been issues within the relationship, undenounced by you, for some time and these issues are now surfacing.  Some things may seem to just come out of the proverbial woodwork, yet somehow feel destined, and you are forced to change directions or adapt to a new attitude.

If there are further implications stemming from the 12^th house, for example, then perhaps things have been going on behind your back, or you may have pushed things under the rug, preferring not to face the matter at hand.  This will affect you personally because your North Node is in the first house if your South Node is in the 7^th house. 

This connection with Uranus and the Nodes is a challenging one, and although things seem destined to take hold one way or the other, they are actually bringing you to where you need to be.  Adapting may be challenging but you likely have little choice. You must move in this new direction as it is your life’s path.  It may take some time to unravel and there may be some difficulties ahead, especially if Uranus goes into retrograde and passes over the same area again.  If it does go retrograde, it will take some time for things to settle as it will hit your North Node three times. The most challenging time is Uranus’ first pass over the placement. 

Transiting Uranus Opposition Natal North Node and Conjunct the South Node will bring about sudden changes likely brought on by others. Sometimes life must lead, and we must adapt to what it brings with it.  Letting go and moving forward may not be easy, but things happen for a reason. This is part of your destiny!

JUPITER OPPOSITION NATAL SATURN

As Jupiter moves through the Zodiac, taking approximately 12 years to do a complete cycle, moving about one sign each year, it will interact with all our planetary placements and the four angles (ASC, DC, IC, MC) in our chart.  Transiting Jupiter will, at some point, make an opposition to Natal Saturn’s placement in our chart. 

Jupiter is considered a favorable planet, usually indicating promising outcomes and potential growth even when in challenging aspect to most planets with the exception of Saturn.  Saturn’s and Jupiter’s energies are just too conflicting in nature.  Saturn restricts and delays and creates difficult conditions that must be met and eventually remedied.  Jupiter, on the other hand, is about growth, expansion, positive energies which can lead to remarkable results.

An Opposition aspect in Astrology is 180° and represents a tug of war or tension between the energies.  There must be a compromise with the energy forces.  In almost all situations with an Opposition aspect other people are part of the equation. 

Jupiter Opposition Natal Saturn

With Transiting Jupiter in opposition to Natal Saturn, there is a strong push and pull situation taking hold in our lives.  The houses where Natal Saturn and Transiting Jupiter are each residing will be the areas of life affected by this opposition. 

Jupiter may call for change in situations that are in place and perhaps these conditions have been in place for some time, and although you may know that a change is required, you may resist making the adjustments that you need to make.  Others may be involved, as mentioned, and they might be pushing you one way or the other.  You may feel that you are fighting their suggestions or their outright influence on what is happening. 

Wherever Saturn is found in your Natal chart, it will be an area of concern, although much will depend on how it is aspected by other planets in the birth chart.  If, for example, Saturn is well aspected let’s say, by Uranus, Mars and Jupiter in the Natal chart, then the situation may not be as difficult.  However, if for example, Saturn is challenged by Pluto, Mars and Uranus, this suggests a much more difficult situation where there may be hard struggles, arguments, abrupt ending of conditions and delayed actions.

In many cases, Jupiter knows what is best, but Saturn resists, creates roadblocks and suggests that even if a change is a requirement, then it will take a lot of work to make this change, and you may worry that things will not work out the way you want.  This is all because of Saturn’s energy. 

With Jupiter opposition natal Saturn, move slowly and listen to other people’s advice especially those that you consider reliable and have your best interests at heart. With caution and an open mind, move ahead using a conscientious approach.

JUPITER OPPOSITION NATAL NEPTUNE

Although the Opposition (astrological aspect of 180° separation) is generally known for its difficulties, when Jupiter (the greater fortunate) is aligned with almost any other planet, the negative connotations are diluted (except for when it touches Saturn as Saturn’s energies are difficult to harness unless Saturn is in its retrograde cycle.)

When dealing with Oppositions, it is extremely important to note the different energies of the 2 planets involved.  Relationships are almost always part of what the Opposition is influencing, and balance is a requirement.  Differences of opinion are often also part of the process and when it comes to Jupiter and Neptune, the difference of opinions have to do with exaggeration and expansion verses reality and illusion.  It is imperative to keep both feet on the ground and to be sure everything is seen as it truly is.

Under the influence of Jupiter opposition natal Neptune, the journey you are undertaking is almost always spiritual in nature and those that you meet under this energy will tend to be almost magical in nature, having mystical energies and dreamy personalities.  What you see is not always what you get, so if this is a new relationship that seems too good to be true, it more than likely is too good to be true.  Seek out other people’s opinions and stay grounded.  Deception on some level is often part of the process at hand.

Are you being deceived or is someone taking advantage of you because of your generous nature or are you exaggerating the circumstances of your situation? 

Even with these less than desirable possibilities, there is potential for growth through the spiritual energies in place.  Meditation and the psychic realm often open doors at this time.  Your intuition is much more accurate than your reasoning ability.  This is quite likely a spiritual journey and will have an impact on you, and you will learn from the experience.

Ensure you are not being taken advantage of but maybe what you are experiencing is truth.  Just dig a little deeper.  Dreams can come true but steer clear of infatuation and users. Eliminate the imagination and deal in reality whatever that may be.
