NORTH NODE IN VIRGO

If your North Node is in Virgo, your South Node is in Pisces.  The house positions will determine what area of life is highlighted during this lifetime. 

The nodes are always 180° in separation.  They are also known as the dragon’s head (North Node) and the dragon’s tail (South Node).  The North Node has energies similar to Jupiter and the South Node has energies like Saturn.  The North Node is more favorable than the South Node when contacted by transiting planets or making aspects to the natal positions.

North Node in Virgo

When the North Node is in Virgo, there is a lot of processing taking place.  This is due to Mercury’s influence, the ruling planet of Virgo.  Following the direction of the energies of the North Node in Virgo, life is tied to detail, service-oriented activities and the need for perfection.  Service is a big part of what this life leans towards.  You are here to assist, and although at times this may seem tedious, you truly want to help.

You are here to learn that helping others actually helps you. Although you see all the potential flaws in what you do, understand that nothing is perfect, at least to the level you may want.  You are good at putting things in order although you might not like doing this as it can be trying to set things up only to find later that things have shifted.  You like the tried, tested and true. You here to learn compromise, however, as the North Node is unfamiliar and not an easy route to follow.  It is new and untested, and therefore, it is subject to potential failures (which are only lessons if viewed properly). 

The workplace can also be tedious, and co-operation will have its limits.  You are in a position, however, to do that work and to find comfort in trying to create harmony and calm if there are ingredients within the work environment that need to shift.  You are here to service the needs of others but can use your intuition and innate feeling nature, which stems from your South Node’s positioning in Pisces, to find ways to assist those in need.

You are here to learn about positivity and productivity. 

The South Node in Pisces suggests that spiritual evolution comes natural to you.  This may be as a result of a previous incarnation, if you believe in reincarnation. Previously you were here to attend to selfless service, understand the workings of the subconscious and to gather information linked to spiritual advancement not just for some but for all.  (These characteristics come naturally to you, whether they are innate or if you believe in reincarnation were learned in a previous lifetime). In this lifetime, you can use some of these elements that you have brought forward or come naturally to you to assist others in maintaining a sense of self-worth and a place where the faults that they find within themselves, just as you do within yourself, can be addressed in such a way that it fosters growth through life’s experience and is not viewed as a failure or weakness.

The North Node in Virgo suggests a life of service, to put things in order for the benefit of the whole, not the self. Look to the details, forget perfection and strive to enjoy your contributions.

SECOND NATURE

You may or may not be aware that what you do in your little corner of the world has an impact on the rest of mankind.  Your thoughts, your preconceived notions, and your focus all have influences on all that surrounds you and the ripple effect reaches far beyond your immediate environment. 

In many cases, what transpires due to an action, or a thought does not indicate an evolutionary change for mankind, but it does energetically touch those around you, creating a vibrational energy that expands.  Energy has no ending; it is constant!

Second Nature

We shape our world by our focus as we only truly see what we focus on. Our personal energy affects those immediately around us which can then affect their thoughts and feelings (moods).

We transmit information in many ways and again, just like the waves on the ocean, they travel far beyond what we see.

To promote love, peace, freedom, compassion, etc., let’s focus on these.  It begins with each of us! We foster growth and change by concentrated energy and initiate action based on similar vibrations.  It is up to us to do our part to create the world which we wish to live in. 

Do not focus on how bad you believe things are in the world around you. By focusing on that, you are actually amplifying negativity and opening yourself up to more of the same. 

If you want love, focus on love not the lack thereof.  If you want peace; focus on peace not on the want for it. Appreciate what is in your life. Acknowledge all that ought to be appreciated.

We are not suggesting running from issues.  Face them head on, deal with them and then let them go.  They do not require our concentrated focus; they require an effort and a release. Then we can again appreciation the lesson and focus on your love for life. When we practice focusing on the positive that surrounds us, we may be deeply surprised at how much there is to be thankful for and how much that focus affects those around us.  

You can’t simply remove what has been in place for most of your life.  But just as a muscle, you can repetitively practice building a new focus. Repetitively practice this focus and be appreciative until you make it second nature. Imagine the ripple effect you can create!

NORTH NODE IN ARIES

North Node in Aries

The typical signature of North Node in Aries,(which makes the South Node in Libra) would be self-initiated actions.  According to the North Node in Aries, the purpose of this incarnation is to adapt to an attitude that you must be the one who asserts yourself to achieve whatever you set out in this life to accomplish.  It must be personal in nature although it can be subject to creating some insight for others to follow as well.

The energies of North Node in Aries is about moving head-first with ambition and enthusiasm without too much regard for or worry about failure. If you happen to fall short of your goals, you must pick yourself up and push ahead either in a new direction or in a forward motion with the same objective using the information you learned from the last stumble.  Learning from your shortfalls is paramount. You may be apt to get up and rush forward without taking the time to review why you fell short in the first place. Not addressing this lesson being taught can lead to further failures because of impatience.

You may find that you are here to learn about being an entrepreneur or starting your own business, perhaps working with others to achieve what you fearlessly set out to accomplish.  On some level, you may be working towards a groundbreaking outcome and this is because of your adventurous nature. 

It is important to recognize that having a North Node in the sign of Aries suggests that you have come to push ahead which is the nature of Aries, but you may feel as though you are not in a position to accomplish much and that you might want to rely on others for their approval. You might want to assist them in their endeavors instead of being the initiator of your own.  These latter attitudes or beliefs are due to the unfamiliar nature of the energies of the North Node in Aries. 

The South Nodes position in Libra suggests that prior to this life or what comes easy for you in this life is to help others. You may believe that other people’s needs are more important than your own. 

This life is enforcing that you are here to advance your personal cause and to move ahead in many cases on your own.
