SECOND CHANCE

Things happen for a reason (so the story goes). 

There is always a reason or lesson behind our experiences. 

Some situations are extremely unpleasant but on the other side of the coin, some situations are very pleasant, and we feel fortunate.  Perhaps it is wise not to categorize any of these situations.  Perhaps we simply need to pay attention to the lessons we are learning from any given situation.

Second Change

Sometimes, we make mistakes, and we are given a second chance to learn, correct or adjust and live a better experience because of it. Sometimes, life changes and there are no second chances, but likely change was what was needed and the path forward is far more beneficial than before the lesson was presented.  

When life goes smoothly and a fortunate situation comes our way, reflect and recognize this as an opportunity for learning or advancement or to just relax and take life in. 

We always have choices. With life lessons, we have the choice to let the situation or opportunity slide by and do nothing with the energy or we can make changes or adjustments and move forward doing things differently due to the lesson learned.

Life is full of opportunities and advancement in many different forms.  Pay attention to what life is showing you. Use all energies to the best of your abilities.  Sometimes it is beyond our reach to do what we wish we could do so we need to accept what unfolds and see the opportunities that come from the experience.  Either way, there are second chances available most often in life. Unfortunately, some of us fail to recognize them as such. 

Live in the moment, pay close attention to what is and recognize what is right in front of you.

YOU SAY YOU WANT A REVOLUTION

I quote the Beatles “Well, you know, we all want to change the world”. 

Most changes should begin with ourself. Changes stem from the inside and then radiate outward.  You can begin then by changing your personal world. 

What needs to change? 

Begin by taking responsibility in your life (this is not to say that others are not part of the solution or part of the problem). You are the one that can make things happen, so what are you going to do?

We don’t need more violence or destruction to initiate change.  We can do it peacefully through our hearts. We do not need aggression, but we may need assertiveness and action.

Begin with what you need to do on a personal basis. Do not believe that you cannot make a personal positive change. Do not resist making change just because it will not be easy.

Take a close look at yourself (without knowledge, we are ignorant and ignorance breeds complacency). Make changes for the better. You don’t have to be in a hurry. Move slowly or appropriately in a positive direction. Be true to yourself and your beliefs. Speak the truth, but say it with compassion, with conviction and without faltering. 

You say you want a revolution

You are not at the mercy of life although sometimes life seems to dictate.  You can plan your journey but be flexible. Create change that brings you closer to where you need to be.  Fight for the just cause but not with violence.  Use your intelligence and intuition.  Don’t allow your mind to overthink or counteract your goals. Follow what you know is right with compassion but speak up for yourself.  Create an inner growth revolution and get to know your more resilient self.

SATURN SEXTILE NATAL MERCURY

Saturn Sextile Natal Mercury

The sextile aspect is known to bring compatibility and harmony. The sextile from Saturn to Mercury is not always about opportunities and easy flow.  Saturn is connected to struggles, lessons, obstacles, a slowing in action, concerns and worries about doing things correctly. Even with this positive sextile aspect, there will be struggles tied to opportunities that may come your way.

Opportunities for learning and understanding are available with Saturn sextile Natal Mercury but not without some lessons along the way.  Perhaps an opportunity presents itself to assist in furthering your education or you need to make a presentation to someone in authority. You have done your due diligence, and you are ready to move forward, but there may be postponements or setbacks due to unforeseen circumstances that delay the process.

If you have truly done all your homework and know what you want and how to advance, and you have not taken any shortcuts, then that opportunity might still be available.  You cannot cut any corners, or you will fall short. You really need to be prepared in all ways to set things in motion.

You may be worried about possible outcomes.  You may have worries and concerns which are often part of the process. You may ask yourself,“Is this the right course for me?”  “Am I jumping too fast?”  “Am I prepared for this?”  “Will they even listen to my suggestions?”

If Transiting Saturn is in retrograde motion at this time, then unlike other planets in retrograde, you will find that things move along much more smoothly.  Your chances for recognition or advancement are now stronger than if Saturn were in direct motion.  Sometimes it might be wise to wait until Saturn is in retrograde, but if a date is set to move ahead with whatever you plan on doing, do not let fear stand in the way.  Go for it and see what happens.

Looking into the movement of Saturn is important, but you also must take into consideration what the rest of your chart implies.  The whole chart must be explored before taking action to get a clear picture of the full potential. 

Superiors are likely part of the picture and in some cases depending on your age your father may be part of the picture moving forward.  Saturn often speaks of these people and being in the right place at the right time and having the support of those in positions of authority would certainly help with the outcome.
