When Transiting Uranus is Sextile your Natal Midheaven (MC), it is also trine to your Natal Imum Coeli (IC).  Both aspects are considered very fortunate. When Uranus makes an Opposition to your MC (Midheaven) it also Conjuncts your IC (Imum Coeli).  The Conjunction to the IC being the more powerful aspect of the two suggests that changes are in place when it come to the home and family.  The home itself may be going through changes, perhaps there are redecorating plans underway, renovations or you may be in the middle of moving to a new location.
