FIND RESOLUTION

Are you caught up in doom and gloom? 

 

Do you want to stay where your mind is living (your focus)?

 


Find resolution by looking within first.  Is your attitude your greatest source of anxiety? Life lessons will happen but your response to them creates the experience.  Do not react; respond intentionally.  Practice, practice, practice!

Many people have mentioned they feel lost and overwhelmed due to outside sources.  Many are overwhelmed by the current financial environment of uncertainty.

 

Everyone faces hurdles, some obvious, some not so obvious.  Life holds many experiences.

 

We have options available to us to relieve the challenges of everyday life.  All things in life are temporary. Absolutely nothing is permanent. Change is guaranteed.  We must learn to act when we can and accept when change is out of our hands.

 

The most important act we can take is to examine our focus or attitude towards any given event.  We have talked about this many times, but it is so important, we MUST repeat it!  If you are dealing with something causing anxiety and worry, you have to step back and look at it from a clear, unemotional perspective.  What can you change, especially, how can you change your attitude towards this life lesson?

 

It is not an easy task to shift our thoughts and expectations, but we are all capable of making the adjustments necessary to ease the tensions being felt.

 

Shift your focus to the great things in your life, whatever they may be (no matter how big or how small).  Release your focus on what is missing; focus on gratitude.  Don’t ignore the life lesson as the lesson is there to be learned.  If we ignore it, it will only heighten the circumstances as we cannot escape these lessons. We can’t hide our heads in the sand.  We must face the situation head on dealing with it in a constructive manner and not get caught up in believing that it will not go away or that we cannot fix the problem.

 

If we see the positive, we feel the positive.  If we focus on negativity, all we experience is negativity.  It takes work.  We are not suggesting that this will come easy, but refocusing is similar to a muscle.  Keep exercising it and watch is strengthen.  Be persistent.  Do not give up or give in.  Be determined! Dig in your heels! 

 

It has taken years to develop your attitude, it will take effort to change it.  You can do this!
