BE YOUR BEST

If you are aware of who you wish you were, then this is already a part of you, already alive and well and waiting to be brought out into the open.  Do not allow yourself to be discouraged, however. You are human and will make mistakes and veer off course. No one by any definition is perfect.

Be Your Best

Do your best. Sustaining these ideal qualities is not an easy task.  You will veer off course from time to time but do not be disappointed. Acknowledge the deviation and refocus.  No one is perfect but we can do our best to be our best.

Accepting who we are is a giant step forward. Recognize your shortcomings as this will help you move in the right direction.  You cannot change anything until you recognize what is there in the first place.  Do not worry about failure. There is no such thing as failure. What we term as a failure is simply a lesson on what not to do and it arms us with more information and realizations to succeed in our goals.

Acknowledge and release any qualities that you do not want to associate with.  Do not identify with them as they are only as alive and functioning as you make or allow them.  They do not define you.

Watch your focus in general. Ensure that you are not caught in a cycle of thinking you are unworthy, incompetent, etc. (A perfect example of focus…..you live your whole life never hearing the word “timorous”.  Because I have brought this word into your focus, you are likely going to hear it again.

One day looking back on life, you may discover that although you had some incidents that you might not be proud of, you found ways to learn from those moments. Do not be a timorous person. Step out of your comfort zone and be bold. Acknowledge your efforts, keep up the good fight and love yourself for who you are.

You can accomplish whatever you put your mind to and can achieve things that you never thought possible.  Believe in yourself and be your best.  Advance with your objectives.  Be fearless when it comes to being you!

Are you equipped and ready for the next phase of your life? 

Some people are in the mist of change and are content with where that change may lead them.  There are others that are content with where they are in life but change and transformation are inevitable as it is part of our learning experience.

Are you making changes with your life because what is in place no longer suits your evolutionary state?

Ready and Willing

Sometimes life seems to dictate and other times we have a hand in what unfolds, but we always have control of our reactions to life and to our reaction to where life is taking us.

Attitude is foremost and when we are forced to make changes, our attitude will dictate our experience with this change.  Learn to be flexible. Humanity has come as far as it has because we are capable of adapting.

Nothing stays the same.  Change happens for a reason, whatever that reason may be. It is less stressful if we are able to go with the flow of life’s current rather than paddling against the current. 

We are not talking about giving up as it is important to keep working towards our goals but when life dictates a certain path, do not resist; adapt and be ready and willing to move forward.

SATURN OPPOSITION NATAL MARS

Saturn is about restriction, delays, setbacks, challenging situations but also has to do with hard work, building a solid foundation and returns on diligent efforts. 

Mars has to do with energy, vitality, drive, ambition (ambition which also ties in with Saturn), pushing its way through adversity, and meeting challenging conditions.  Mars also has to do with the sex drive, forcefulness and aggressive actions (this all largely depends on the sign it is in within the natal chart).

The meeting of these two energies suggests a lot of push and pull.  The desire to advance with force but at the same time the need for security which can be linked to what is comfortable and therefore suggests a stop and go situation. 

“Should I advance with my proposals, am I secure enough to push my way forward, if I push, will I make mistakes along the way, does it really matter if I push too hard, can I learn from my mistakes and begin again” might be questions that you would ask yourself under this influence.

You may find that you are anxious about moving ahead with your objectives and at the same time wanting more than anything to advance.

When we speak of the opposition aspect, there are almost always other people involved in the equation and their input often plays a significant part in our decision making.  They can also hold us back because they may play a major role in when and how we advance. 

Oppositions are often challenging because others may hold control over what we are doing. We may want to move forward but they feel that they know better and give suggestions or even tell us that it can’t be done.

This aspect between Saturn and Mars can create quite challenging situations when we want to advance, and much will depend on the houses these two planets are in as well as the overall picture provided by the natal chart itself.  The Natal chart always shows potential and difficulties, but most can be overcome through attitude or planning. 

With Saturn opposition Natal Mars, you undoubtedly will be able to figure out which way to go but not without some restraint and perhaps some setbacks along the way.  Advance accordingly and make sure you take your time and study your plans carefully before you take that next step.
