JUPITER SQUARE NATAL URANUS

Transiting Jupiter while in transit has an 11 to12 year cycle to return to its original position in the natal chart.  Its cycle for major aspects are:

12 years for the Conjunction,

3 years and 9 years for the Square,

6 years for the Opposition,

4 years and 8 years for the Trine, and

2 years and 10 years for the Sextile. 

These numbers are rounded off due to retrograde and the direct motion of Jupiter meandering through the Zodiac. These timing frequencies are tied to the time after its natal position awakening, (the natal chart configuration). 

The Square to Uranus during Jupiter’s transit always suggests challenging conditions and the learning of valuable lessons often attached to belief structures that have been built over time.  When transiting Jupiter makes a square to natal Uranus, the conditions surrounding this aspect are challenging but at the same time, brings valuable awareness. 

Because of this awareness which can lead to change, we learn precious lessons that can assist in our journey.  We may look at our life structures through the belief systems we have adhered to and make changes.  We often alter our perception and realign our beliefs in a much more structured manner, although unique in its expression and often brought on through unexpected life events. These changes point us in a new direction that is more suitable for our evolutionary path.

Uranus, because of its unpredictability and sudden awareness comes to our attention, can bring results that are unprecedented and uplifting after some challenging conditions.  In some cases, our religious views alter, our perception of life is challenged and then a shift takes place, affecting our philosophic ideologies. New doors are opened. 

The Natal position of Uranus by house and sign position will provide guidance as to how this unfolds and what area of life is involved.  Jupiter’s transiting position by house and sign will also add great insight into the potential of what is unfolding in a rather dynamic way at this time. 

With transiting Jupiter square natal Uranus, you likely will not look back to how you viewed your life as your new awareness is more integrating and puts you in a place more suitable for now, although tough to handle during the process.

SHIFTING TIMES

When you actually take notice of the tides of life making changes, life adjusts.  What seemed hopeless will now have more promise.  A shift is often minute in the beginning, but you sense the shift. You begin to feel different intuitively.

As you shift your attitude, you will feel more energy.  You begin to feel vitality; you feel a surge stemming from within.  You no longer feel lost and although it may have been a rough ride, you just know that the life lesson is coming to an end. 

Shifting Times

Usually these trying periods that happen prior to a shift (let’s call it the transition period) can feel as though they last a lifetime, with exceptions of course. As we have discussed previously, these transition periods are times for review, preparation and even rest.

When you utilize the transition period, you can experience the elation. Be grateful. You are about to begin a new chapter, rested, prepared and knowledgeable.   

Don’t anticipate. Live in the moment. Acknowledge you are moving forward. Be patient and aware of your intuition that guides you.

Each stage of shifting times is a learning process and what is coming needs you to be knowledgeable, prepared and ready to act. Are you ready? Your time is coming.

THE CONQUEST OF SELF

The Conquest of Self

Conquest or perhaps mastery might be a better definition of our focus today.

Our awakening can be a tedious process unlocking and facing hidden facets of ourselves.  Remember, however, no one is perfect!  The more we experience life, the most we can accept this.

Many of us spend too much time analyzing what is wrong with those around us and do not pay attention to what needs revamping within ourselves.

We must remain open and compassionate on how we view others.  We have not walked an inch in their shoes. 

In reviewing ourselves, we will find traits that are not pleasing to us or to those around us.  Why had we not seen these traits before?

How can we be blind to parts of ourselves?

The answers to these questions are not nearly as important as the importance of recognizing our true selves and seeking solutions to tweak, if necessary, what has been revealed. Today, we are not the same person as we were yesterday. Let go of the past and embrace the now. Be kind to yourself, and forgiving for that matter.

It is irrelevant what others think of us, but self-awareness is essential.

During these evolutionary periods, it will be important not only to take heed to our realizations but to act on them. What good is knowledge if not utilized?

Remember, however, to also take note of our pleasing attributes as they too must be recognized and celebrated.  Some things will need adjustments; other things are perfect the way they are. 

The conquest of self includes an honest and whole-hearted inner examination.  This will reveal what we need to know so we can move forward in gratitude and make changes where needed, no matter how difficult it may be. Commit to your evolution. Allow the real you to surface (as what we want is already a part of us). We would not be aware of these wishes or traits if they did not already exist.
